Nestled in the rolling foothills of southern CA, this beautiful casita sits on 2 acres, lined with fruit trees, lush gardens, a pond and brook.

Quiet and serene, you can get away from it all, and still be close to wineries, shopping, Legoland, and the beach or mountains.

Fallbrook offers horseback riding, wine tours, antique shopping, and just lazing around in a temperate setting.

Mike & Lobat have 2 lovely dogs, an interesting and eclectic car collection, and a passion for easy living in Fallbrook. Come join them!

Pleasant, quiet, and comfortable

Nice larger studio layed out in a U shape that gives a separate bedroom, living room, and kitchen area. That also created a large separate bathroom. All finishes were nice, and the unit was privately located. Very enjoyable stay.

Would recommend for a relaxing getaway

My boyfriend and I had a very relaxing weekend at this property! The casita is quiet and, overall, a nice place to stay. Plus, the dogs Riley and Petey were so sweet! My boyfriend and I truly enjoyed our stay!

Very comfortable place and private. There’s lots of shade to sit out in the backyard and enjoy. Mike was very comfortable to talk with and hospitable and of course we got to say, the dogs were great company!

Awesome Getaway

I had an exceptional stay at Mike's property! From the moment I arrived, Mike was a welcoming and attentive host. His two friendly dogs added a lovely touch to the experience, making me feel right at home. The property itself was spotless and incredibly quiet, providing a perfect retreat for rest and relaxation. Quiet and Private

Overall a good experience. The description of the property were as listed. My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We wanted a place close to the concert venue as well as a winery. The area was so quiet and peaceful. The Casita was not only detached but far enough from the main house that Mike said no worries if my husband (or me) yelled at the TV over a football game. 😆 The shower alone was well worth the stay! It's a nice space but the couch is old and cushions are a little worn out. The shades need to be replaced as well. There is no counter space in the bathroom but we made it work. The bed was comfortable and a good night sleep for when we were sleeping. If you want privacy then this would be the place. The dogs were very friendly coming to the door for treats. It was so quiet and a change from staying in a big city. Vrbo did not let me down.

A perfect spot for us to enjoy the area wineries and family that lives near by. Mike was very detailed with info before our stay, friendly and easy to deal with. The casita was very nice and had everything we needed. We will return again! Thank you!!

Peaceful and comfortable

We loved our stay. Prior to arriving we got very detailed instructions about what to expect. Since we flew in late at night, this was extremely helpful. The neighborhood was beautiful. The property is clean and well kept. The inside is updated and everything was clean, well-stocked and comfortable. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. The dogs were a fun addition to have around. We’d definitely stay again.

Fallbrook Casita

This was a very comfortable place to stay. Mike was Super nice and we loved his dogs. My only suggestion is that it needs some newer kitchen towels and dish cloths and the refrigerator shouldn't have previously opened food or drinks left in it. We would definitely stay her again!!

Lovely Casida and awesome host

The Casida was clean, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. Location is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Mike was an awesome host, a wealth of knowledge, and very easy going. Would stay here again for sure! 5/5. Thank You Mike!
