At the gates of the Ardeche, the house LA SABLEYRE from the 18th century has been renovated with taste and authenticity by specialists. It is located in a semi-hilly region at the crossroads of Vaucluse, Ardèche and Gard. Near the river Ardeche, 1h30 from La Grande Motte and its beaches, 40 minutes from Avignon with its festival in July and the Papal Palace, 45 minutes from Orange and its ancient theater, less than a time the famous Pont du Gard, 25 minutes from the Chauvet cave, 1:00 Nîmes with its arenas, Uzes and its famous market ...

The house benefits from a large plot of over 13 000 m2 composed of vines, fruit trees and meadows for horses.

Vacationers will enjoy a large fully secured pool (pool pane, pool area closed ...) of 15x7m, in an uncluttered space, and an old barn with pool house of 92m2 (game room with ping-pong , shower and toilet room ...)

Great house and pool for 9 adults and 8 (grand)children

Our second stay here.Pool wonderful, very well kept with pool house for table tennis. House spacious. Lots of games for kids when not in pool. Shady terrace for all meals.Good laundry facilities and quality towels.WC macerator in annex/ studio was noisy and smelly.Hot water ran out on 2 evenings.Website unclear re. charging 25euros per person for bedding.Took sheets for 17 people unnecessarily . Local river, beach and Aigueze wonderful.

Superbe propriété pour des vacances en famille réussies

Très beau mas, parfaitement équipé pour des vacances en famille. Nous étions 8 adultes et 4 enfants et tout le monde est ravi. Ventilateurs et moustiquaires dans toutes les chambres. Literie de très bonne qualité. Cuisine très bien équipée avec un très grand frigo/congélateur. Endroits ombragés pour prendre les repas en famille. Pool house parfait pour jouer à l'ombre l'après-midi. La piscine est merveilleuse avec une eau claire et chaude. Très bonne communication la propriétaire avant notre arrivée et avec le gardien une fois sur place. . Merci pour ces vacances ! Ich

Wunderbarere Urlaub

Wir waren insgesamt 4 Familien und hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem Haus. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, in der Küche ist alles zu finden, was man zum Kochen braucht. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich und auch die Gemeinschaftsräume laden zum Verweilen ein. Das Grundstück ist recht groß und sehr gepflegt mit schönem Pool.

Maison parfaite en famille

Genial! Jai rarement vu une maison avec autant de materiel, et tout ce qu'il faut pour faire la cuisine! Cafe, the, herbes epices... pas d'obligation daller faire les courses tout de suite si on a un paquet de pates dans sa valise pour le soir d'arrivee. La literie est tres bonne, les serviettes de bain de qualité et les serviettes piscines fournies. Avec un bebe jai trouve tout le materiel dont javais besoin, il y a deux vrais lits bebe, a barreau. Genial! Et meme un chauffe biberon! Pour un sejour en famille la maison est parfaite! Spacieuses, la piscine est securise pour les enfants, et il y a pleins de jeux sur place! Mon fils de 2 ans n'a meme pas ouvert son sac a dos de jouets. Tout est pensé pour que les gens ne manque de rien, c'est tres agreable. Je recommande a 100%! Juste le studio en bas qui etait un peu humide (normal, avec toute la pluie qui il y a eu debut de printemps) mais en ouvrant la journee pour ventiler, ca s'est amélioré de jour en jour. Merci pour cette belle decouverte! Nous reviendrons!

Maison familiale idéale

Séjour très agréable : la maison était tout simplement parfaite. Tout est prévu pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Le cadre est très beau, à l’écart de la petite route, très sécurisé donc très facile avec de jeunes enfants. Il y a de nombreux espaces de jeux ou de tranquillité pour tous. Tous les équipements sont au point. Non vraiment, rien à redire !

Très bon accueil et suivi pendant nos vacances. Piscine entretenue tous les jours de façons très discrètes. Maison idéal pour grand groupe (très spacieuses) avec sanitaire par chambre. Pool house et piscine très grand. Petit bémol dans la chambre du gardien un peu humide mais fraîche. Prévoir des ventilateurs 3 ou 4 ventilateurs

Magnifique endroit pour réunir ses enfants et petits enfants !

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve avec notre petite tribu. De très beaux espaces, des chambres très confortables, une très belle et grande piscine: tout était là pour faire de notre séjour à 17 un super moment dont nous garderons tous un excellent souvenir.
