This is a great place to stay. The area around our rental has so many activities for kids and adults, anywhere from half hr to an hour away. Our hosts where very helpful and super sweet.
With Covid-19 we were looking for a place to ourself to get some off road riding in, although that was not the case ( the property had glamming tents for rent.) here it really did work out great. The house is comfortable and spacious, the property was beautiful. And to our surprise we where able to go on ITV
Trails from the house. Carrie was very sweet and tried to help if asked. We had a great and peaceful time. Highly recommend to anyone.
Owners were wonderful and extremely accommodating. We were met at the house for check in and enjoyed the company of their sweet dog and cat. The house was clean, well stocked and perfect for our crew. The garden and mountain views from the hot tub weren't bad either. The indoor wood burning stove and patio fireplace was a lovely touch as well!
In a bizarre incident, their (amazing) dog chewed up a pair of chacos we had left outside and the owners reimbursed us! Would highly recommend!!
Property was the perfect stop over between Los Angeles and Denver!

Great host
Carrie is very friendly and offered us joining her yoga class when we arrived. Loved the surroundings and live plants in the property. Carrie must be still feeling her way with property rental business because of the following reasons/suggestions:
1. Many personal items are left in the kitchen cabinet, such as medicine, which have never been the case in any other vacation rentals we had in years.
2. Pictures give an impression that only 2 beds were in a room under the roof, but there are many beds (I believe a total of 6) in 3 rooms under the roof. With one small bathroom, it would be tough to have that many people overnight.
3. Overall impression is that Carrie lives in the rental when there are no guests. Hope Carrie can look/stay at other vacation rentals and make her business more professionally appealing and successful.
What a cool spot in a small town just off of I-70!
My family and I stayed at the Wildland Gardens. We were attending a wrestling tournament in Richfield and this place is perfect. Great space. Very clean and the host Carrie is super nice. We felt welcome at her place and she made it such an easy stay!
