Beautiful duplex studio located on the marina of Pointe du Bout in Trois-Ilets;
A three minute walk from three beautiful beaches beaches, close to all amenities (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, taxi, post office, golf, shuttle to Ford-de-France);
Beautiful benefits (brand equipment), very bright, it includes:
a beautiful living room with a sofa bed, coffee table, TV, with American kitchen (all small appliances, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and grid), refrigerator AND freezer drawer, oven and microwave. The terrace overlooks the Marina (photo taken from the terrace).
Upstairs a double bed, dresser, swing.
The apartment is air conditioned.
The bathroom is new, it includes a walk-in shower, washbasin with vanity unit, washing machine and toilet.
Ironing board and iron.
The linen is provided.

Pets are completely accepted so well behaved
On the other hand, for the comfort of our guests, we rent a Twingo or Nissan minivan from 25 euros In this case we will pick you up at the airport and you bring back the day of your departure.
