Indulge your culinary passions in the fully-equipped Chef's kitchen, boasting stainless steel appliances and a spacious island ideal for casual conversations. Rates (3 nights minimum):

Weekday Nights: $350-$550
Weekend Nights: $550-$750
Holiday Rates: $650-$850

Discounts:

11% for 7-day stays
22% for 1-month stays

Check-in available any day of the week. A 4% Ulster Occupancy tax is included in the rates (Permit # 21N-224).

For our winter guests:
Our neighbor plows the road once the snowfall has slowed down, yet a four wheel drive is highly recommended in the winter months - the view is worth it :)

PET POLICY: Absolutely no pets allowed (please do note that cats have been present at the property)
Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1000

1.) if you are hyper allergic to cats (as noted above we are mildly allergic ourselves, and the house gets clean thoroughly, yet traces might be still there)
2.) if you you want to party with a group of more than 7 (this is a family home, so best suited for couples or families who want to enjoy the nature)
