Housing with beautiful sea view and located at the entrance of the residence. Co-ownership facing the beach of Gaillarde with direct underground access <50m, restaurants and shops <50m, swimming pools, tennis, petanques and bike path at the entrance of the condominium and hiking departures behind the residence. You will appreciate my accommodation for its location, its view and the activities on offer. Possibility to accommodate 2 couples - contact me. The apartment consists of: 1 living room, 1 bedroom, 1small bedroom, 1 shower room + separate wc. Suitable for couples and families, 2 couples also.

Séjour agréable

Nous avons passé un bon séjour aux Issambres. Notre hôtesse a été très disponible, et l'appartement était conforme à nos attentes.

Decevant, la vue n'est pas comme la photo, peut aller pour 1 famille avec 1 petit enfant sinon non

La vue sur la mer n'est pas du tout comme la photo. Il y a d'abord le parking de la résidence puis la departementale qui longe toute la côte et après on voit enfin la mer! La départementale est très empruntée donc pour nous trop de bruits pour manger sur le balcon La chambre avec le lit superposé est minuscule (entre 3 et 4 m2) aucun espace en dehors du lit ; mon fils de 16 ans s'est vraiment senti à l'étroit, étriqué! Il est même difficile de fermer la porte sans toucher le lit...Pas d'alese sur les matelas ni sur les coussins. La deuxieme chambre est très petite aussi. Il n'y a que très peu de rangements dans ces chambres. La pièce à vivre avec petite cuisine est bien, les equipements et ustensiles nécessaires sont présents mais trop peu de rangements pour les denrées alimentaires. Salle de bain et toilettes impeccables. Appartement équipé en climatisation et ventilateurs Supers terrains de tennis très jolie piscine. En conclusion cet appartement est très bien pour profiter de journees à la plage ,; l'accès y est très facile et on y est en 5 minutes a pieds sinon il.ny a pas grand chose autour. Cet appartement peut aller pour une famille avec un petit enfant sinon il est vraiment trop petit
