The duplex also has a large shaded terrace (9 m2, roller blind), a private parking space with barrier outside the condominium.
Located on the 3rd and last floor without elevator, the apartment is classified 2 * tourism furnished (non-smoking apartment and no pets allowed).
Ideally located 5 minutes walk from the port, overlooking the marina, 200 meters from Grazel beach, near shops and entertainment, 15 minutes walk from the village and 10 minutes by car from Narbonne, 45 minutes from the 'Spain, Carcassonne, African reserve of Sigean.
