We are nestled in the heart of Jupiter, 5 minutes from the Intracoastal, 2.7 miles from the beach, 10 minutes from Jupiter Lighthouse, Roger Dean Stadium Cardinals & Marlin games, Dubois and other state parks, Loggerhead Turtle Museum, and close to the PGA Honda Classic, you will be within walking or biking distance to great restaurants, stores, live music, dancing, and have easy access to either I 95 or the turnpike. This free-standing, beach-themed, guest cottage boasts a private driveway, keyless entry , wifi, t.v., a well-appointed, efficiency kitchen for cozy meals at home, a brand-new king mattress for sound sleep after a day of fun. ( Plus a twin automatic, blow up mattress for company), Provided are beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, gas grill, hammock, iron,/ironing board, and your own washer and dryer. What a great little cottage! Very peaceful and private, close to everything you need. Owner is a true southerner in her hospitality. I would definitely recommend this property for a single person or couple.

We so enjoyed our stay at Kozy Kottage, and have never before experienced such perfect hosts. Everything from their restaurant suggestions to their check-out instructions was top-notch, and the cottage, itself, had every amenity we needed. Just loved it!Even our dogs were treated like special guests - when we arrived, Sandra whipped out a fence so we could let them out off-leash and brought over some biscuits for them to enjoy.100% recommended and we really hope to be able to return!

We found the cottage to be in a very good location for visiting different spots in the area. The owner was easy to work with. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. A good value compared to other options in the general area.

REALLY Enjoyed Our Stay!
While cozy, this guest home is very clean and very comfortable. Host goes out of her way to make certain you have everything you need. This is also a great location for visiting our favorite spots in and around Jupiter. We wouldn’t be back if we didn’t love it. We are booked to return November 2024.

Very Kozy Kottage
This was one of our all-time favorite VRBO's. Great location and town. There were many things to do in Jupiter and tons of great eating places. The host and hostess were very personable, and attentive to our needs. The cottage was comfortable, especially the king-sized bed. Well-stocked with everything you could possibly ever need, and very well-decorated with a beachy feel.

Sandy & John are truely anazing people . From the moment we checked in we knew & got a great vibe from them . Then we checked in & feel in love with the Kozy Kottage as well . Super clean, very spacious, the only problem was checking out, but that's ok because like we mentioned to them "we've be back soon" Not to mention home is stocked with all your daily needs, they go above & beyond at this location & we've stayed at many . ⚓

AMAZING HOST
The Kozy Kottage was perfect size for us and our fur babies! It couldn't have been in a better location with the dog park, beach, our favorite places to eat, family and the gym. On top of all that Sandy and John were amazing hosts. They made us feel completely comfortable and like we were part of the family.

I stay at cottages and cabins all over the country. Prefer them to hotels ..travel with my dog. This was absolutely thebest..beautifully decorated, lovely porch, fenced in yard, peaceful location....very comfortable and tastefully done. And any item that you could possibly require or want was provided. I travel with trusty kitchen box..hardly had to open it. Welcome basket with snacks, fruit, sweets. Hosts were amazing. I could not more highly recommend this cottage

I am a 'seasoned' teacher for Palm Beach Public Schools. Born in Roanoke, Virginia, raised in Pennsylvania, went to Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pa., lived in Columbus, Ohio, I have now been a Florida resident in the Jupiter area for 30 years. My husband and I, married only 4 years, have 7 wonderful, grown children between us, and several grandchildren. We just moved to April Lane, renovated the guest house, and are anxious to share it.
Even though minimum stay is 2 nights, off-season might be able to accommodate a special request.

Why they chose this property

This property, both the main and guest houses, are unique in every way. Built in the Key West style, it exudes tropical flair and peaceful feelings.

What makes this property unique

Once I saw this property there was no turning back. Bordered by trees and thick foliage from the main road, our 1/2 acre feels like a hidden retreat.
