February Disney Vacation

Universal Experience

I'll do a pros and cons section:Pros:#1 Bed we're comfortable pillows were good#2 Plenty of towels and some pool towels were provided which was a nice bonus#3 Billiards was a big hit for my kids#4 pool was great and spa was small but nice. Heated up well and was great afterwalking or at beach#5 decorations were great. Kids loved them#6 location was very good. We were able to miss most traffic at nights coming home from universal which was incredible. 30 minute drive instead of 1.5 hrs due to traffic like we had at previous place and Disney world#7 geckos. Kids loved themCons:#1 con was the directions. Takes you to owners entrance and not guest entrance. #2 was the gate guard station. It took forever to get in and the guard was nice but didn't tell us what to do or how to get in, etc... just kinda had to figure it out by watching others#3 some of the game room (foosball,etc...) were cheap and didn't work well. Pieces were missing and it didn't spin well. The whole table moved. #4 weeds and black mold in pool area, broken toilet when we got there that had to be manually fixed with every flush.

Very disappointing

Very disappointing , The light in the downstairs bathroom wasn't working. One of the toilets kept running water all the time. A/C upstairs not working very well. It needs a good cleaning.

Villa Dreamers Disney Stay

Property was great and as advertised. Only not picky complaints are that the toaster doesn’t work and kitchen trashcan needs to be replaced (nearly impossible to put a trash bag in there. Overall, great house for big groups.

Nice house

The house was overall nice. Pros: large with lots of space and cute Disney decorations. Cons: we have 4 kids and after having a pool day there at the house, every single one of them came out of the pool with blisters on their hands and feet, 2/4 were bleeding on toes, we think it was a combination of too much chlorine and rough pool bottom. Dish washer didn’t work properly, and beds weren’t the most comfy, we went to Walmart and bought a mattress topper. But overall it was a nice stay!

Great Stay

We really liked this property. The kids enjoyed the pool, and they said the water park was ok. (They just prefered the pool at the house.) Beds were comfortable, and so were the pillows. Communication was easy, and we got swift replies to any email we sent. The only thing I suggest is, whoever cleans, have them deep clean a little more. The couch had crumbs in between the seat cushions, and the floors had some dirt stains. I thought the tiles had some knicks, but i looked closer it was dirt stains. Not a big deal, but it might bother some people. We would definitely rent this property again. Thank you!complaints. I would defwas dirt

Spacious and Cozy Home

We recently stayed at this home in Windsor Hills, and overall, it was a great experience. The house had plenty of room for our group of seven (four adults and three kids), and everything was clean and comfortable. The home itself is really nice and cozy, and we felt very relaxed during our stay. The only suggestion we have is regarding the living room couch. Given how cozy the home is, we think it would be perfect with a bigger, fluffier sectional to provide more seating for family time in the living area. It would make the space even more enjoyable for everyone to gather together. Despite a small incident outside of the homeowner’s control, we absolutely fell in love with this home and would definitely love to book it again in the future!

Excellent Place to Rest

The property was incredible and matched the pictures exactly. Everyone had their own room and bathroom, which helped a lot in overall stress. The game room was very nice and a fun distraction, and the pool was amazing. Everything was clean and overall it was an excellent place to stay while hitting Disney World all week.

Great location with a fireworks view

We were very pleased with our stay over the last 10 days. The house is showing a bit of wear that was not reflected in the pictures. However, everything was very clean and the host was incredibly responsive. We enjoyed the pool immensely and even the distant view of fireworks from Walt Disney world. Would definitely stay again

Family getaway

Check in with getting our cars thru was a joke. Couldn’t get a hold of the property management. Called many times. Sent many text messages and finally got a response back after waiting at the gate for over an hour. Was never told that we needed to list other family members to the list to be able to bring another car to the place.

Disney Vacation

It was a pleasure to stay at this home . We had plenty of space and the location was excellent. The only complaints is the maintenance of the home and the function of the pool. The pool was not filtering the entire time and at times was filled with bugs or trash . I messages the property managers a couple times stating the pool People were coming out but apparently the pool Is on some time of timer and does not filter continuously which is bad when people are continuously swimming in the pool. That was the biggest disappointment of the rental for my family . Having to skim bugs out of the pool was uncalled for.

Family fun but attention to cleanliness

The location is convenient to the Disney parks. The house is spacious and gives everyone their own privacy. Everyone's level of cleanliness is different; however, the cleaning person or company did not clean in certain areas. There was personal hair in the shower, and in some beds. The cleaning company should pay attention to detail because there was dust on the fans, the upstairs twin beds railing was very dirty. The mattress cover on all beds were not clean due to hair, crumbs, and uncleaned spots. I think I read something above the fridge not getting cold, but it doesn't get that cold. I know the downstairs twin room may cater to younger guests, but a higher mattress should be considered. We didn't use the pool, but the pool areas looked nice and roomy got our family. We did enjoy the property, but attention to the cleanliness is needed. There was start up items such as gain washing detergent, liquid dish soap, scrub pad, and trash bags. With the occupant number there needs to be more furniture in the family room. My family enjoyed the property and booked because of the water park at the property. The gate check in provides a safe environment. The gate is always locked and not left open. It is a lovely property for family vacations and relaxation.

Why they chose this property

Windsor hills is a very attractive and gated community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

What makes this property unique

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
