Beautiful stand-alone guest house nestled in oak trees just a half a mile from Downtown Monterey. Large bedroom, bathroom, living room and full kitchen with washer and dryer. TV in bedroom with Netflix and wireless internet. Comfortable queen size bed in the bedroom and high-quality pull-out couch in the living room. Drink your morning coffee on the front porch and curl up with a book by the fire in the evenings. Friendly owners live in the front house with dogs and kids and chickens and ducks so must be okay with a little bit of family noise! Minimum stay per city code is 30 days.
