Large bright villa 1850 m2 of land, near sea, forest and shops

Booking conditions:
- Deposit of 500 euros to be delivered directly on the spot on arrival. By check or cash. Free water and gas. Electricity on meter readings at the start and the finish.
- House dedicated to family stays and retired friends. We will not welcome groups of young people to organize parties or festive events because of respect for the neighborhood and the property.

A green setting on the seafront near beaches and shops on foot. Spacious house very bright on a large plot not overlooked. Boat trailer parking possible. Exposure and large openings provide maximum sunshine throughout the day until sunset. On the ground floor: 1 bedroom with large adjoining bathroom, laundry, WC, living room 50m² with table for 6 to 12 seats, kitchen, pantry. On the floor: 3 rooms, 1 room of water, living room library, TOILET, very big playroom dormitory. All bedding is new with sleeping 160 and 180cm. Sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers are provided. Broadband internet with wifi in all rooms. For evenings game consoles, books, stereo. The basic products (food and cleaning) are available. La Forêt Fouesnant harmoniously combines sea and countryside so you can enjoy the many coastal paths and beaches. On the town: 1 golf, marina, fish ponds, oyster farmers, cider houses, many shops and restaurants for all budgets. The region has many tourist sites, advice will be offered according to your tastes.

Suitable for families: For children and babies there is 1 high chair, 3 feet for sinks and 2 pots. The large, sound-insulated playroom from the rest of the house allows adults to be quiet when the kids are having fun.

Grande maison agréable a vivre

Nous avons passe un très bon séjour en famille. Nous regrettons juste le manque de commodité a l' extérieur. Avec le beau temps de la semaine nous aurions apprécié un parasol , et pouvoir manger dehors. Mais le terrain est super , la taille de la maison idéale. Bien équipée ( accessoires bébé, cuisine ...) Très bien placée pour aller à pied en ville. Propriétaire et sa fille très réactifs et agréables. Merci pour cet agréable séjour breton .

großzügiges Haus

Durch die zwei großzügigen räumlichen Ebenen des Hauses können Kinder, junge Erwachsene und ältere Menschen sich in ihren Bereichen ungestört entfalten, wenn man gerade nicht einen der schönen Strände oder der wirklich schönen Orte in der Umgebung besucht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben den Urlaub wirklich genossen.

Beautiful Property in a fantastic location

Excellent communications with the owner and we were greeted in a most friendly manner. All details were explained clearly. This is a beautiful property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The area is lovely too with many beautiful beaches. We enjoy the markets too! Overall the property was very well equipped with very comfortable beds and nice showers. The property would be improved by the addition of an outdoor table and chairs. We would definitely be interested in returning to this property and area.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine à La Forêt Fouesnant, avec un programme farniente et balades (bord de mer, Concarneau, Pont Aven, Locronan). Note de 5/5 pour cette maison, elle est parfaite, grands espaces, bel agencement, lumineuse. Le seul point négatif, c’est qu’on se sent un peu à l’étroit quand on revient chez soi… Tout est très bien indiqué par le propriétaire, que ce soit au niveau de la maison (utilisation du chauffage, poêle, TV, consoles de jeux…) qu’au niveau des visites à faire dans les environs. Une liste des commerces et restaurants aux alentours est également fournie. Vous pouvez y aller en toute confiance !

Conveniently situated 10 min walk from the small town centre of Forêt de Fouesnant with bars, restaurants, Boulanger and convenience store. Minutes from beaches, ports, swimming pool and coastal walks a plenty. A modern house, really well laid out with lots of entertainment tech. Multiple sitting rooms is perfect for large family groups with children.

Wir würden wieder Urlaub bei Herrn Bourles buchen. Netter Eigentümer, unkomplizierte Übergaben. Haus sehr gepflegt, da zeitweise von Eigentümer selbst genutzt. Tolle Medienausstattung (Großer Fernseher, Stereoanlage top). Küche gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Handtücher (gegen geringe Gebühr) und Bettbezüge vorhanden. Zentrale, aber dennoch ruhige Lage. Restaurants fussläufig zu erreichen. Boulangerie in der Nähe. Einziger Wermutstropfen:Noch keine Gartenmöbel vorhanden. Aber insgesamt: Tres bien, M. Bourles Peter und Claudia Häcker

Comfortable, spacious and in a good location

Très bonne semaine

Très belle et grande maison familiale: de grandes pièces spacieuses et agréables! 4 grandes chambres pour adultes et une grande salle de jeux-dortoir permettant aux enfants de dormir tous dans la même pièce et de bien s'amuser. Nous étions 7 adultes et 5 enfants et chacun y a trouvé sa place. Le propriétaire a tout le nécessaire requis dans la maison et tout était en parfait état, même neuf (première location du propriétaire). Nous remercions le propriétaire pour son accueil: il nous a indiqués plein de bonnes adresses pour découvrir la région. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison et y retournerons certainement! Merci.
