2 bedroom, 2 full baths, built in Bunk beds, sofa sleeper, Unit sleeps 6-8

*PLEASE NOTE: The minimum age requirement to rent our condo is 25 years old which is strictly enforced. The person who accepts the agreement and pays the security deposit must be least 25 years old and at the unit during the specified time frame.

This unit has had an entire remodel as of January 2021 including:

New Furniture, Paint, LVP Flooring throughout, Granite Countertops, Showers and Fixtures

We strive to provide our guests Luxurious Accommodations at a Reasonable Price. Our condo is well maintained and clean.

Free Beach Service includes two padded loungers with umbrella from March 1 to November 1.

Our unit offers assigned parking in a Covered Parking garage just a few steps from the elevator

This condominium offers spectacular views of the beach from the 14th floor. The over sized balcony is 10x30 which offers plenty of room to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets! This condo is directly on the beach, no roads to cross!

FREE WIFI INTERNET ACCESS: Bring your laptop or tablet if you need internet access.

Treasure Island Resort is only one mile from Saint Andrews State Park. Experience Shell Island while you are here, or swim with the dolphins just minutes from our unit! For those that enjoy adventure you can go Deep Sea Fishing or you can go to the Zoo to see the White Tigers and all the other Jungle animals. If you enjoy golfing, that is all within minutes from you as well!

Nightlife, you do not need to look far, Schooners is just steps away - Great Food, Entertainment, and Fun!

Sit back and enjoy the sunsets on your oversized beach front balcony, as well as the views of the bay and Shell Island from the front side. It just doesnt get any better than this!

King-size bed in master bedroom. This bedroom is on the gulf with access to balcony!

Queen-size bed in guest room. Two sleeper bunkies in section off dining/kitchen area, great for kids or teenagers! Pull-out,queen-size, sleeper sofa in living room.

Decorated all in a Tropical Happy Vibe Theme. This unit also has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, all linens, and towels are provided.

Treasure Island Resort is on the east end of the beach, which means less traffic and more relaxing with plenty to do!

Treasure Island is one of the newest and most elegant properties on PCB. Located in the exclusive Thomas Drive Area of the beach, removed from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, only minutes away from the entertainment, shops, and fine dining for which PCB is world famous.

Heated pool, Jacuzzi hot tub, fitness room, game room, covered parking garage, and access to high speed internet.

The Treasure Island front office charges a $37.00 one time fee per condo upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands.

Our host was amazing. She communicated with us frequently to ensure that we were happy with our accommodations and enjoying our stay. The unit had everything we needed and the views were simply beautiful. The parking spot was in a great location to the elevator and made it very convenient to unpack and load. We would definitely book another stay in this location in the future!

This is a gorgeous condo with an amazing view of the ocean. Everything was perfect. We would highly recommend a stay here!! Everything you need is in the condo from linens to cookware to towels. The pool is very nice as well. Great location near the state park.

The listing was spot on! Very nice and clean, the owner texted to see if we needed anything which was a great personal touch. The biggest compliment was the AC kept the place cool all week in very high temps. I have stayed at Treasure Island before and no other unit has done that!!! The two beach chairs were an added bonus that we enjoyed! Five star rental!

The room overall was not the cleanest when we arrived. There was sand on the floor and couch. The tables outside has cigarette ashes and food on them. I don't completely blame the owners because I am sure it is a cleaning service. I look for some comforts of home when staying somewhere. I was hoping the couch and chairs would be more comfortable. They really were not and it was hard to chill and watch a movie together. I also didn't care for the outside furniture. The cushions are ripped and dirty. Bed in spare room is suppose to be a queen and it is more like a double. No night stand on one side. On a positive note the Washer and Dryer were excellent. Owner was responsive right away. Check in was a breeze as well as check out. The condo complex has great security. Love Treasure Island.

Bad Experience with Treasure Island Staff
The inside of the unit was very good. It was well equipped and clean. Unfortunately the property management of Treasure Island was engaged in repairs to the parking garage. There was a notice posted in the elevator that said guest would be notified if our cars had to be moved. This did not happen! I came down to the garage to find a construction crew with scaffolding placed next to our car. They were scraping and preparing to paint the concrete above and around our reserved spot. Needless to say this was very disturbing. I spent nearly an hour trying to get someone from the facility to discuss the situation. I was kept waiting in the reception area while a series of staff individuals passed the buck and blamed the next person in line.

Loved the location of this condo. The most spacious 2 bedroom I have had the pleasure of staying in. And everything is beautifully updated. My favorite part had to be the balcony. Being on the 14th floor, the view is incredible.

This property is one of the best we’ve stayed in and we come to PCB every year. Denise is wonderful and so easy to work with. The condo has everything you need, the location is quite and away from all the noise which we absolutely loved. The view from the balcony was stunning. Will definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this condo on the beach in 2005. After looking at many complexes we decided on Treasure Island because of it's spacious units and large balcony with breathtaking views. Since it is built at an angle you can see the coastline of PCB. We love the location because it is on the quiet end of Thomas drive, close to the best restaurants Panama City has to offer. It's a half mile and nice walk along the beach to visit St. Andrews State Park. We also like that we have an assigned parking spot which is just a few steps to the elevator.
