_ The villa is located in the heart of the forest, 900 m from the most beautiful beaches of Ile d'Oleron, on the west coast of the island. It is a house with heated swimming pool 8 x 4 close to all amenities and shops. The bike path passes near the villa. Possibility to go to the beach on foot (about 10 minutes) through the forest see by bike.
The villa has a living room, a kitchen, a laundry room, a bathroom with Italian shower, a toilet, three bedrooms = 6 people maximum and a garage and a pool shelter with a lounge and the other side a dining area.
_ The linen is not provided.
_ Free wifi access.
_ Animals are accepted however thank you to indicate it by indicating the race.
_ A deposit will be requested upon check in by check or other payment and returned at the end of your stay subject to possible replacement costs. "For French holidaymakers, a check of
1 500 € uros will be requested but will not be cashed (see above) .// For other holidaymakers 1 000 € uros in cash you will be asked, a form of deposit made in two copies and signed by both parties . For English, the security deposit can be made in Sterling £ drunk.

Belle maison bien agencée et confortable

Maison de plein pied en U autour d'un beau jardin méditerranéen intérieur et d'une jolie piscine. Bien équipée, 2 parkings. On n'entend pratiquement pas la route car la zone à vivre est côté jardin. Les gérants immobiliers très réactifs en cas de question ou pb. La plage est accessible à 20mn par un chemin forestier : elle est sauvage et non surveillée, très prisée par les surfeurs. Marcher 10 mn de plus pour rejoindre la zone surveillée.

Maison agréable et bien située proche des pistes cyclables et de ma mer. L'espace piscine au top.

Emplacement idéal pour découvrir en vélo l'île d'Oleron. De bons restaurants à proximité. La tranquillité de la maison permet de recharger les batteries avant de reprendre l'activité professionnelle. Merci à Pascale et Sébastien.

Propriétaires très gentil, maison propre et spacieuse

Dans l’ensemble tout était super, il manque 2-3 petites choses comme une machine à café, quelques ustensiles de cuisine comme un économe et quelques verres à eau mais rien de grave. Sinon la maison est propre et spacieuse, les lits sont confortables, nous avons bien dormi. C’est parfait pour une famille avec enfants. La plage est juste à côté donc très pratique avec des enfants aussi. Le jardin est joli mais petit point négatif, il manque un robot pour la piscine et il y a beaucoup d’arbres donc beaucoup de feuilles dans la piscine à nettoyer nous meme. le rideau de piscine n’est pas facile à dérouler et à remettre nous avons trouvé donc nous ne l’avons pas mis du séjour. Par conséquent au bout d’une semaine la piscine n’était pas très propre. Les photos sont fiables, le jardin paraît beaucoup plus petit en vrai en revanche mais est tout aussi joli qu’en photo. Pour le reste c’est nickel et les propriétaires sont très gentils et présents si besoin. Ils nous avaient acheté du jus pour notre arrivée donc très sympas. En revanche je ne passerai plus jamais par cette plate-forme qui m’a facturé 500€ de frais d’annulation 2 mois avant (nous avons annulé 1 semaine sur 2) c’est inadmissible. Une grosse arnaque! Je déteste Abritel qui sont soit dit en passant injoignables et je suis tombée sur des personnes parlant mal le français bref ils sont nuls.

Proprieté agreeable et bien située

L’ocean et ses plages agreeables a une courte distance a travers la foret, accessible par vélos ou a pied. Une villa bien équipée et appropriée pour notre famille d’ados et notre petite chienne. Les commerces aussi disponibles a Grand Village. Un jardin privatif, calme et entouré de verdure et de superbes arbres, cactus et palmiers. Bref, un sejour sur l’ile a recommander.

Superbe maison, trop ombragèe a notre gout

Merci à Pascale et Sébastien pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. La maison a de beaux volumes, fonctionnelle, tout le monde trouve sa place et est idéalement bien située à deux pas des commerces et de la mer. Le jardin côté piscine est trop à l'ombre (surtout par manque de soleil) d'une végétation certes, belle mais envahissante ! Dommage car la piscine chauffee est grande mais trop peu au soleil. Le bonheur à 5 acacias près.

Belle maison et extérieurs très agréables ! On s'y sent bien dès le début grâce à la grande pièce de vie qui donne sur la terrasse avec piscine. Sehr schönes Haus, super Lage

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in diesem tollen Haus mit dem wunderschönen Garten und Pool. Die Lage ist optimal, nur 10-12 Minuten zu Fuß durch den Wald und man ist am Strand. Die Besitzer sind super nett und hilfsbereit.

Pour des vacances en famille

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette jolie maison, idéalement située au cœur de l’île. La piste cyclable est juste en face de la maison et permet d’accéder à la plage en 10 minutes et à de très jolies balades. La maison est très confortable, joliment décorée et conforme aux photos. La propriétaire est très gentille. Vous ne serez pas déçus en séjournant ici!

Très belle villa avec piscine, Jardin intérieur, coin salon extérieur couvert très sympathique. A 2 coups de pédales de la mer et du centre ville de grand village où l'on trouve tout. Idéalement situé pour découvrir le château, la cotiniere, la pointe de gatseau. Plage des allassins un peu sauvage (donc peu de monde !) Avec cours de surf ! Nous recommandons vivement cette villa. Merci aux gentils propriétaires !

Très bon séjour

Maison bien équipée, idéalement située pour partir à la découverte de l'île (St Trojan, Dolus, St Pierre à proximité). Plage accessible à pieds. Piscine chauffée très appréciée (notamment par les enfants). Un excellent séjour passé dans cette location.

A lovely, well-equipped villa with a fab pool

We had a lovely stay in this comfortable and very well equipped villa. The accommodation was perfect for our family of two adults and two teenagers. The pool was lovely but not fenced off. The villa is a 10 minute bike ride from a beautiful, unspoilt beach as well as the town of Grand Village which has all the amenities such as supermarket and boulangerie you could need. My only word of warning would be to bring insect repellent as we got bitten alive on our first night! However this did not detract from a lovely, relaxing holiday.

Super vacances

Accueil de Madame LAGARDE et son conjoint très convivial. La maison correspond au descriptif, spacieuse, agréable, tout l'équipement nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Piscine propre et nettoyer par les propriétaires durant le séjour. Location proche de la plage et proche du centre avec une superette très pratique on y trouve tout. Un grand merci, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Agréable séjour dans une bell villa

Belle villa bien située, calme et silencieuse même avec la route à proximité. La plage est située à 15 min à pied, en empruntant un petit chemin. Un petit U-express est à 1.8 km (par la piste cyclable) et à côté de la boulangerie. Elle possède tout ce dont vous avez besoin et avec le garage, vous pourrez stocker coffre de toit, porte-vélos et vélos. Le salon dans le jardin est très agréable mais vous devrez prévoir des produits anti-moustiques afin de rester en soirée dehors. Juste un petit bémol pour la propreté de la piscine; bordée d'arbres et d'arbustes, des petites saletés tombent dans l'eau et il faut souvent nettoyer.
