Welcome to my cozy and comfortable1bedroom house in the vibrant city of Long Beach, California, my home is the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that city has to offer.
The bedroom features a queen -size bed with plush bedding, ensuring a restful night sleep, it is also equipped with a dresser, 2 night stands with a reading lamp, central air conditioning and heating for your comfort.
One bathroom with a tub, shower toilet .hair dryer , shampoo, toilet papers etc…
Living room with a sofa bed , one leather couch as well TV
Dining table (seats 8 to 10 people
Fully equipped kitchen
Very big.backyard , outdoor furniture.
Owner lives on the property in a studio isolated from the rest of the house, so you will be able to enjoy your privacy here. I works and travel often so I am rarely home and when I am, I am in my space
Dog friendly, 30 lbs and under. Please pick up after your dog.
