Well appointed, this property is perfect for families or groups of friends. In the living room you will find a large flat screen TV, comfortable couch that doubles as a queen sleeper and additional seating on either side. The dinner table offers ample seating for 6 and 4 additional chairs at the bar. Cooking will be a breeze with our generous counter space, good lighting, many gadgets and tools, as well as all necessary dinnerware. The whole family can come together to enjoy the space we created for you.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, large flat screen TV, private bathroom and a generous closet. The guest bedroom also has a flat screen TV and ample closet space. It has one full size bed and one queen size bed. Guests staying in the other bedroom will make use of our hall bathroom by the laundry closet that includes a washer and dryer.

The beach is approximately 2 miles from this unit and the Tram service is convenient and free. Two complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella are in the unit for guest use!

Roam the 2,400 acre resort on the Sandestin Tram, no need for a car. The south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay. The resort offers amenities for every type of person including championship golf courses, clay and hard tennis courts, and pickle ball courts. There is also a large marina on the Bay where you can rent a boat, kayak or paddleboard. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, world class restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options!

Garage parking is available for 10$ per vehicle.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
