We are offering this 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa with a private pool, in the prestigious luxury Siam Royal View development. The villa is located just steps from a private beach with two infinity pools each with their own pool bars for your pleasure.

You’ll love this place with all its natural beauty, ambiance, and privacy. Great for families, and there is plenty of activities to do in the development from Kayak rentals, bar with board games and pool table, to 9-hole golf course located right on the development.

The Villa is clean and private, the terrace upstairs is great for relaxing and has a beautiful sea view where you can enjoy your morning cup of java. The Villa has three bedrooms each with their own separate secured entrance. The bottom floor has a kitchen, living room, and master bedroom with its own bathroom. There is another guest bedroom with bathroom upstairs next to the terrace and another guest bedroom with its own bathroom on the side of the villa, Living room has a smart TV with separate DVD/CD player, and all rooms are air-conditioned. The villa also includes the use of a washing machine located downstairs. The villa Includes access to all guest facilities in the development including clubhouse, both swimming pools, facilities at the Marina, kayak rentals, nine-hole golf course(golf club rentals and fee not included).
There are two restaurants located in the development, the clubhouse which is located meters from our villa and the Marina bar, both serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner including Thai and Western cuisines.
SRV offers free shuttle service to and fro Klong Son Bay. Scooter rentals are also available nearby. In Klong Song Bay you can take Songthaew(taxis) to other parts of the Island. I would highly recommend renting a car to get around the island especially for longer stays.

Security Deposit is required and paid in cash to the rental agent at the time of arrival.

Electricity is charged as used (8 Baht per kWh) to be paid in cash to the rental agent.

Price includes maid service.

Free Wireless internet

I do not charge for extra guest but our villa does not have spare beds. if needed the SRV development has a cot rental service. The SRV development charges a rental fee of 350THB per day, if customers take minimum one-week price is 250THB per day. Either choice includes linens and pillow.

The TV located in the main living is connected to the internet and has streaming capabilities, cable is unreliable and can't guarentee it will be working when it is the offerings are very limited

We have an AVD/DVD/CD/USB player in the main living area if you have your own media
