Villa of 120 M2 with swimming pool (heated if necessary until the end of September) located in a quiet area 150 meters from the beach in Frontignan Plage, Hérault.
It consists of a garden level with a living room / kitchen of 56 m2 opening onto a tiled terrace with garden furniture on one side and onto the secure swimming pool on the other side, facing south, d '' a living room with convertible sofa (140 cm), a WC and a laundry room with washing machine.
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms with air-conditioned cupboards and a bathroom with Italian shower and bath and WC.

Lovely property close to the beach.

We had a lovely welcome from the owner who gave us a thorough tour. There was a mix up with the deposit expectations - they wanted 1000 euros in cash but it wasn’t written in the Vrbo English translation on the website and we didn’t have that much, but the owner was very amenable and understanding. The place was lovely - very clean and cool. Air con worked well. Generally very well equipped kitchen. Pool was lovely and warm. Would’ve liked 4 sun loungers rather than 2. And more mirrors in rooms. Location was quiet. It’s an industrial area but the very short walk to the gorgeous sandy beach makes up for this. It was never busy, the sea was lovely and there was a little cabin to buy snacks and hire a pedalo. There are a few nice restaurants and bars by the beach and a decent supermarket. We had a visit to the Millau viaduct which was great and the nearby town of Pavalas was great for an evening stroll and lots of stalls to buy gifts etc. Sete was pretty too. All in all, a great place to stay - would recommend.

Emplacement calme proche de la mer

Nous avons passer un bon sejour, logement conforme a la l'annonce. Climatisation dans les chambres très appréciable. Edwige et Nicolas sont accueillants ,cordiaux et arrangent. Nous recommandons cette location.

Parfait!

Super sejour dans une maison tres bien entretenue, propre, bien équipée et tres agreable! Piscine et clim sont vraiment appréciables, plage à 2mn a pieds, que du +++ Merci beaucoup à Nicolas et Edwige qui sont des hotes tres sympathiques! A l'annee prochaine j'espere!

Super séjour à Frontignan

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison spacieuse, confortable, très propre et bien équipée. La piscine est très agréable et la climatisation dans les chambres très appréciée. La mer est à 5 minutes à pieds. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire. Encore merci Nicolas pour votre sympathie, et bonne continuation. A une prochaine fois peut-être ! Très bien

Hôtes très sympathiques et disponibles. Chambres climatisées pour dormir au frais, maison au calme et très proche d'une plage peu fréquentée. La piscine est un vrai plus. Bref un séjour très apprécié,a renouveler si l'occasion se présente!

Toller Urlaub in perfekter Lage

Wir haben unsere Woche sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt nur 2 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Aufgrund des Pools waren wir allerdings nur wenige Male dort. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, da es so nah an den Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dem Strand liegt, aber trotzdem total ruhig ist. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden unseren nächsten Urlaub wieder dort verbringen!!!

Séjour parfait

Edwige et Nicolas nous ont parfaitement bien accueillis dans une maison idéalement équipée pour accueillir des familles avec bébés et jeunes enfants. Leur maison est très agréable, très bien entretenue et à moins de 5 minutes de la plage à pied. Nous avons adoré la semaine passée chez eux.

Parfait séjour !

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable avec nos trois enfants dans cette charmante maison. Idéalement située à 2 min à pieds d’une très belle plage peu fréquentée et sécurisante avec de jeunes enfants. Literie de qualité, installations modernes et une belle piscine chauffée qui a séduite les petits comme les grands 😊 Edwige et Nicolas sont vraiment des hôtes charmants et très accueillants. Nous recommandons vivement !

Lovely property close to the beach

We spent a lovely week at the property in early August. The house is well equipped throughout and the air-conditioned bedrooms are great at the end of a long hot day. The beach is only a couple of minutes walk away and is both child friendly and remarkably uncrowded even at peak times. The immediate area (5 minutes walk) has a few restaurants and a well stocked shop, these local amenities mainly cater for the number of campsites in the area. We enjoyed our relaxing time at this property in Frontignan plage and would certainly consider returning again in the future.

Maison idéale en tous points de vue. Propriétaires agréables et à l’écoute De leurs locataires

Expérience très positive maison très confortable et très bien équipée. Situation idéale à 2mn à pied de la plage. La clim dans les chambres est un vrai bonheur et la piscine un vrai plaisir. Il ne manque rien pour passer de super vacances en famille

Un séjour confortable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est très agréable: bien équipée, joliement décorée et confortable. Les installations sont modernes et fonctionnels. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine chauffée la première semaine (la deuxième non à cause d'une avarie de la pompe malheureusement!) et de la plage qui fin Août-début Septembre était particulièrement tranquille. Nicolas et Edwidges ont été attentifs, se souciant si tout se passait bien. À l'occasion, nous y reviendrions bien!

Super séjour dans une maison plus que charmante

Nous avons passé deux semaines formidables dans cette propriété avec nos trois enfants, dont un bébé de 9 mois. Tout d'abord, l'accueil des propriétaires était vraiment parfait; lors de nos différents échanges, Edwige et Nicolas se sont montrés attentionnés, chaleureux et à l'écoute, un grand merci à cette famille adorable! La maison était idéale pour une famille, tout y est fonctionnel, adapté, et, cerise sur le gâteau, la décoration y est très jolie. La piscine et le jardin ont été très appréciés! Non loin de la maison se trouvent un petit commerce bien pratique (avec boucherie, boulangerie...) ainsi que des restaurants. Et enfin, la mer (qui est par ailleurs très belle et la plage très propre) n'est qu'à deux pas, un luxe pour une famille avec plusieurs enfants à faire marcher ;-) Nous vous recommandons par conséquent cette propriété! Vacances réussies !!!

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette villa !!! Décorée avec goût, une belle piscine très agréable, la clim dans les chambres, ... Tout ceci à juste quelques minutes de la plage et de l'épicerie. Et cerise sur le gâteau, des propriétaires adorables ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Allez y les yeux fermés!!!

Merci encore pour la gentillesse de nos deux hôtes! La maison est bien équipée, propre et très agréable. La clim à l'étage permet de dormir dans de bonnes conditions peu importe la chaleur. La piscine est bien entretenue et le barbecue aussi! Nous avons passé un très bon week-end de 4 jours. A refaire!!! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Vacances de rêves, belle maison très bien équipée calme, proche mer et resto.

Maison idéale pour grande famille ou entre amis, proche de la mer, toute équipée! Nous y avons passé un excellent week-end de pentecôte. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette maison, et pour ne rien gâcher les proprios sont dispo et très agréables. On y retournera certainement.

Nous avons loué cette villa a 3 couples pour seulement quelques jours nous avons tous passé d'excellents moments nous avons été très bien reçu heures d'arrivée et de départ souples la villa est encore plus jolie que les photos laissent apparaître cuisine moderne très bien équipée et fonctionnelle il n'y manque vraiment rien literie très confortable et l'environnement très calme Merci a Nicolas et Edwige
