My lodge overlooks the village of Vilmonay, located 28 km from
Poitiers South, in the Clain Valley, midway between the FUTUROSCOPE and the VALLEY of the MONKEYS.
Independent housing, spacious, quiet, breathtaking views of the
valley of all the rooms, very centered (7 visits classified in a
radius of 30km)
Suitable for families with children.
Housing:
2 bedrooms each with a double bed 140, dresser
A 3rd ch. may be made available, upon request, (bed of 130
and washbasin.) at least 24 hours in advance.
1 bathroom with shower in the bath.
1 independent toilet.
A fully equipped kitchen - gas and electric plate - fridge-microwave
coffee maker- cooking utensils
A living room with sofa-TV HD and DVD player
A living room with an old piano-buffet-table and chairs-bay overlooking the balcony.
A locked garage.
The entrance is on the ground floor, the basement is not occupied.
Reception between 16h00 and 18h00
A private garden is reserved for relaxation.
At 200m of the hiring, a small private and closed ground allows an access to the river Clain classified in 2nd category (for the
fishermen)
