Welcome to our home away from home in the heart of Dania Beach! Our cozy and spacious place can accommodate up to 8 guests and is perfect for families, groups of friends, or business travelers. The property features a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds.
Our tropical paradise is located within easy reach of beaches and steps away from local shops, restaurants, and cafes. You'll also be within easy reach of the Dania Beach Arts & Seafood Celebration, the Dania Beach Fishing Pier, and many more captivating attractions!
You'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay, including high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs (over 200 channels+On Demand), air conditioning + ceiling fans, and a laundry room. We've also provided fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries for your convenience.
With a range of outstanding features, our home provides guests with a truly memorable experience. Guests can take advantage of the grill, the outdoor dining area, the relaxing hot tubs, the tranquil canal, and the convenience ( boat dock fee $50.00 per day).

Hello. My name is Linda. I am originally from Quebec, Canada. I've been here since 1979. I worked in the modeling field for over 20 years. I'm a mom of 7, oh yes it's true. Lol! I am very close to my family. I still have my parents (thank God). I also have 3 siblings that I am very close to. Family, is EVERYTHING to me. I also lived in Caracas, Venezuela for 3.5 years. Moreover, I speak Spanish and French fluently. I currently reside in Weston, FL.
Why they chose this property
This property is very special to me. My partner and I purchased it 10 years ago. We had regular renters for 9 years, then decided to turn it into a vacation rental. I've spent well over 6 months remodeling everything. I want my guests to have a home feeling as well as spa. All bedrooms have top-of-the-line Sealy mattresses, high thread count white sheets, shampoo/conditioner and body wash, 3 throw blankets in the living room. We also supply 4 beach towels in all bedrooms. We also provide a Bluetooth speaker (living room area) and a barbecue grill. We welcome you with a gift basket filled with your favorites.
What makes this property unique
We are located less than 2 miles from the Fort Lauderdale Airport and I-95. Minutes away from the Dania Jai Alai and the Dania Casino as well as the famous Jaxson's Ice Cream Parlor. 15 minutes from the Hard Rock Casino and the Sawgrass Mills Outlet Mall. I'm also located 5 minutes between Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood Boulevard. Minutes away from Las Olas Boulevard and 17th street Causeway where all the shops, restaurants, and Night Life is located.
