Nice getaway

Went for a wedding, had a lovely stay at this home. The neighbor behind the home is the owner, so any issues would be easily addressed. Nice, quiet neighborhood near the mall and the university. The hottub was a welcome and relaxing end to each evening.

We stayed for 2 nights during High Point University's graduation weekend. The location was perfect- 1 mile from the school. The house was great. If my son was still a student - this would have been our go-to rental.

I was there visits family and we really enjoyed this house! It was fully equipped with everything you need. The hot tub and outside projector was a great bonus..we really enjoyed it. Very comfortable house in a great little neighborhood. I would definitely rent this home again when I visit again.

Great house and host!

We stayed with our almost 5yo and 10 month old twins and our Boston Terrier. The house was clean and as described! We had everything we needed for our stay and it felt like home! Our dog loved the fenced in back yard and the babies enjoyed spending time out on the deck while big brother played in the yard. Checking in and out was super easy. Mike communicated great with any questions I had! We had a great stay! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Enjoyed first visit to North Carolina

My son was a participant in the Junior Olympics in Greensboro, NC. We decided to stay here. The home was clean and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. We were able to cook healthier meals and relax after long days of competition. The owner checked on us shortly after we arrived. I found this very comforting. There was an issue with one of the bathrooms. The owner immediately took action and had it repaired while we were out. I personally enjoyed the hot tub, patio deck, and outdoor movie theater. This home had huge rooms and plenty of space for us all. You would not be disappointed if you choose this home for your vacation needs.

Great spot near HPU

This is our second time staying here. This home is comfortable, well stocked and just a short drive to campus. The street is quiet and the owner is very helpful. We did not get to use the hot tub but hope yo in the future!

The house was wonderful. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the backyard was nice and fenced in for our dogs. The host was so kind and very considerate. I was able to extend my stay with no fuss at all. Would recommend this house for anyone trying to stay in High Point. Truly had an amazing time here! We had a good experience- no surprises except nice ones like a basket of extra toiletries and some fun mints left out for us. Everything was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We especially appreciated the owner checking in with us by text when he noticed we hadn’t arrived yet by evening. He kindly let us know he’d turned on all the lights for us to make our arrival easier, which definitely helped us find the place and unpack the car with ease. The fenced in yard was also pretty and great for our dog!

This home is in a great location (quiet neighborhood, close to everything). The home itself was exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable and we really have no complaints. The weather was horrible during our stay so we did not even step into the backyard so I can’t really comment on that. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this home!

My wife grew up in High Point NC and I met her while attending High Point University, which is just down the road. We love all kinds of outdoor activities, sailing, swimming, hiking, and camping.

This house is close to everything in High Point. Greensboro and Winston-Salem are just 15 minutes away. This house is a great place for families. Has three bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen, dining and living room are all connected. The house is dog and children friendly. For anyone with limited mobility, the house is one step to get in and the open concept makes it easy to get around.
