Just a block from El Paseo with shopping, restaurants and art galleries this lovely 12 unit complex is in an ideal location. You can walk to El Paseo, Westfield Mall, the market at college of the desert, hiking, golf and pickle ball courts. The complex has a beautiful pool area with hot tub and sauna as well as a barbecue area. The condo is two bedroom and two bathroom,tastefully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace for cool evenings, two patios, barbecue, etc
