La maison est grande, très bien meublée, très bien placée avec une vue panoramique du port de Saint Briac. Tous nos invités ont été très contents de leur séjour. L'agence a été très réactive chaque fois qu'on avait des questions.

Très beau weekend malgré une météo tempeteuse ! Vue imprenable et un décor dans une ambiance très Pondicherienne. Magnifique Villa dans un confort agréable. On sent chez soi dès la première heure de merci à Catherine pour son accueil.

Stunning location, with incredible views

The property is very spacious. The ceilings are high in every room and all rooms are large. The views from the main living areas and 4 of the bedrooms are delightful - with the small harbour, some islands and some beaches all on display. The quaint town centre is only a few minutes walk away, as are the handful of bars and restaurants. Numerous beaches are also within walking distance. There are many stunning cliff top walks, including one which runs alongside the famous Dinard golf course. Hopefully we will get the opportunity to return again soon.

Emplacement incroyable pour cette villa typique. Excellent séjour. Des améliorations sont en cours sur la maison qui lui redonnera le plein confort qu elle mérite. Seul bémol sur l entretien du jardin mais sinon vraiment rien à redire tant la maison et son emplacement sont appréciables.

Belle et grande maison, vue superbe, emplacement idéal, entre les commerces de proximité, et la plage, belles balades possibles. Nous étions 11 tout le monde a trouvé sa place. une inadéquation entre les largeur de literie indiquées sur l'annonce et la réalité, lit plus large, nous n'avions pas demandé le linge de lit, heureusement sans gravité, nous avions ce qu'il fallait. Un bémol sur le jardin qui n'ayant pas été entretenu, a rendu la chasse aux oeufs un peu trop humide pour les enfants. Nous avons passé un excellent week end, surprenant le vendredi avec une arrivée sous la brume de mer, on se serait cru dans Pirates des Caraïbes

Excellent emplacement et belle maison mais manque de propreté

La maison est idéalement située avec une superbe vue et un beau jardin très appréciable. La maison est grande et agréable donc correspond très bien pour un séjour en famille, mais… la literie était en supplément et surtout la propreté laissait franchement à désirer. Par exemple on a dû nous-mêmes même nettoyer le frigo, la poubelle ou encore la vaisselle avant de pouvoir les utiliser… L’agence était parfaitement disponible mais la communication pourrait gagner en rondeur. Le wifi est très déficient, si on se branche en câble RJ45 à la box, ça va bien.

Magnifique séjour !

Nous avons apprécié le caractère de la maison, l’espace de vie très conviviale avec la cuisine ouverte sur le salon/bibliothèque, la vue imprenable sur toute la côte et les plages, le château Le Nessay, la proximité avec le centre bourg et ses commerces de qualité. Nous avons eu d’excellents échanges avec les propriétaires et avons été très bien accueillis lors de notre arrivée.
