This house has been completely remodeled and is fully furnished. The house is equipped with all new stainless steel appliances and modern amenities, including whole - home air conditioning, wireless high-speed internet, wonderful open floor plan and a wrap around covered porch. Bamboo hardwood floors and modern LED lighting throughout. All bedrooms are located on the second floor accompanied by two full baths one which is ensuite. A half bath and large laundry room is located on the main floor for your convenience. Relax in the living room with the fireplace and 60" smart television ( with cable tv). Enjoy the master suite with a comfortable king sized bed, a walk in closet, a double sink vanity, a private water closet, a large walk in shower with rainfall features and an attached enclosed porch with great views of downtown Harbor Springs. Take advantage of the rare off-street private parking and close proximity to all the wonderful restaurants and tourists attractions.

Ski trip

This was an excellent property for our family. The house was welcoming and well stocked with everything you’d need. We were close to the highlands and being able to walk downtown was great! We would definitely come back again!

Harbor Springs Haven

This property is definitely a 10 out of 10! The location is one street off the main street of Harbor Springs with walking access to all shops, restaurants, churches. Also the property is a short 10-15 minute drive to The Highlands and Nubs Nob ski resorts. There is an area for guests to store their wet ski gear and boots separate from the main house. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment, coffees, teas, and basic cooking supplies. Bathrooms and laundry areas were well stocked too. There were extra pillows, beach towels, and bathroom towels available as well. We would definitely stay here again, summer or winter! You won't find a better location or nicer home!

Just time away

This is a perfect house for a weekend getaway in Harbor Springs for three couples, perfect location perfect host perfect amenities. We will certainly be back in the future. Highly recommend. Host Lulu, couldn’t be nicer, and everything is top-notch.

Absolutely Amazing!!!

Lulu’s cottage is as lovely as can be! The home is beautiful inside & out, very clean, & very warm & welcoming. It is centrally located- you can walk to just about anywhere in Harbor Springs & the owners could not be nicer!!!! We plan to return again- hopefully soon!!!

WOW. Beautiful house inside and out. Perfect location one block from the downtown and a few blocks from the beach. Comfortable for 6 of us. The beds were super comfy, modern decor, great showers, kitchen stocked. Best house rental I've ever had. Thank you!

Labor Weekend Get-a-way

Great place to stay with all the amenities! Kitchen well stocked. The porch is awesome for morning coffee relaxation and enjoying the evening breeze. Walking distance to town is so nice with many restaurant options! This home is very clean and the beds are and linens super comfortable! The spacious three bedroom was perfect for our family and we had a great weekend together. Thank you LuLu's Cottage for a wonderful experience!

Very well maintained property. Here are some details other than the previously remarked upon: (I can’t see any reason at all to advise against booking this home- on the contrary- if you can get it, don’t lose the opportunity!) The only thing I would change is the recessed lighting - it’s a very cold, sterile, color- but you should be outside anyway!! 1. The bedding was very good; there is more than an ample supply of towels (including beach towels) 2. All of the appliances are clean and work well. 3. The driveway is HUGE- ample parking (I would guess you could fit 5 cars which is a bonus considering how close the home is to downtown and farmer’s market) 4. Grill was VERY clean and propane was full 5. Porch was lovely to sit and read
