Possibility to park 2 closed cars with electric gate. Air conditioning, WiFi, SmartTV included. Kitchen equipped with a fridge with large icebox, microwave and dishwasher etc.
Right in front there is a free public tennis court also pingpong and a football playground etc. To go to the beach you need 15 minutes by car. Children welcome.
