inside was pretty nice but the driveway wasn’t plowed and there was a lot of snow to the point that no one could get in the house through the main door there was also no shovels to at least clean the entrance.
Beautiful property. Cabin is a bit dated but in great repair, very clean, and very cozy. I'm very happy with the rental. Loved the view and the water front area.
Rented the house for a weekend getaway for two. It was cleaned well and particularly well equipped with ample kitchen supplies, games and everything else we could need.
The neighborhood is very quiet and the property is stunning, wide lakefront views with the mountains in the distance. Availability of boats were a great bonus. Would absolutely stay here again without hesitation!

Stunningly beautiful and private lake view.
A well laid out, lovely Lake Home. Absolutely private and peaceful. Would be great for a couple or two, or for a family. Games could be played or movies watched downstairs, while others played games, watched tv or conversed on another level. Private tv’s in each room for relaxing after a day exploring the surrounding towns. Don’t miss the Cog railway to the top of Mount Washington (1 beautiful hours drive away). We would definitely book again!

So calming
This house was so beautiful and comfy. It was calm and quiet and the view was just stunning. It feels like you’re located very far away however there are stores like 10 mins away which is so convenient. The lake is gorgeous especially in the morning. I would definitely book this again I truly enjoyed my stay.

The Privacy the convenience of location to stores in North Conway.
We had a wonderful time at the lake house in Conway for Memorial Day Weekend. The view from the back deck was amazing and the property matched the view with so much waterfront on the lake. The house was very clean and had everything you need. Plus, it’s a perfect location accessible to everything the area offers. Overall, we had a great stay and will absolutely come again.
Peaceful, Clean and Outstanding views... Would highly recommend and will be back!!

Beautiful property with poor management
This is a beautiful property on Pequawket Pond. The outdoor furniture had quite a bit of mildew that just needs a quick pressure wash. The indoor areas were clean.
My main issue with this rental is the property management company Vacasa. I left a valuable piece of clothing in a closet. I called Vacasa the same night as checkout. My initial interaction was pleasant and I was hopeful that I would get my item back. The next day I received a call-back. The Vacasa representative told me the item was not there. I provided a very detailed description of where I left the item and I’m 100% certain that is where it is. I offered to drive back and get it. I asked for the owners contact info so I could arrange a pick-up. The Vacasa representative refused both options and provided no alternative solutions.
I understand that I made a mistake by leaving a valuable item on the property but I feel that Vacasa could be more helpful with returning the item. I feel like the representative was trying to convince me that there is nothing that can be done. I also feel insulted that they told me the item isn’t there when I know with 100% certainty that I left it where I told them. I will not book another Vrbo rental that is managed by Vacasa.

Amazing Location
A couple of friends and I rented the house for a weekend. It was mid April so it still wasn't warm enough to go into the water or anything, but we had a great time fishing, playing games in the large lot, cooking on the grills and eating. The amount of lake frontage, and the size of the outside space is really not clear from the description. It is an amazing lot on a penisula. The fishing was great! The grills were perfrect for what we needed, and the living room over looking the lake was perfect. We actually brought a TV because the comments indicated the TV situation was lacking a bit. There were newer TVs there already! There however was not a TV in the main living room, just one downstairs, so we setup our TV in the living room upstairs and it worked out great. We would defintely consider booking again, hopefully during the summer when we can use the lake more.
Came for a long weekend in the the winter for fun winter activities. We really enjoyed the nice kitchen (could use a better quality cutting board), large dining room table, comfy chairs and couch with lots of cozy blankets, and most of all the spectacular view out over the lake! As other have said, the distribution of beds/rooms is a bit unusual, with only one queen bed in its own room, and the other queen in an open loft, and no bathroom on the main floor, but it still worked out great for our group. It was also nice to have the two living rooms, so our large family could spread out over two floors. They keyboard was a fun touch!

Lovely house. Very clean. It was not shoveled and they did not come to shovel. Lower level heat was connected to first floor heat so we had to crank heat up to 78 to make lower level warm

Comfortable, Peaceful and Beautifully Located Home
We had a family get together long weekend over President's Day Holiday and everyone enjoyed the home. There is a gorgeous view from the back of the home facing the lake and the mountains in the distance. The large floor to ceiling windows and deck are perfectly situated to enjoy these wonderful views.
The home is well stocked and equipped to make meals and dine in on the large dining room table. The home was clean and well furnished with comfortable chairs and beds.
No significant negatives, but a few little quirks detract slightly from leaving a 5 star review. The main floor lacks a bathroom so the person sleeping in the main floor bedroom needs to trek downstairs or upstairs to use the rest room. The main floor bedroom is large enough for a full sized bed or possibly even a queen but only has a twin bed. The upstairs loft is half enclosed into a master suite, but the other half is an open layout with a queen bed; the person(s) sleeping there lack privacy. The lower level bathroom gets cold but there is a portable space heater to use if you wish. The dishwasher button labels are worn off so you need to use trial and error to operate (it's also a junior sized unit as opposed to a regular full sized one).

Pequawket Home
Great location, beautiful view.
If I may the thermostat should be placed on the bottom floor instead of couple of feet from the fireplace. When the set heat is satisfied, the thermostat stop pumping heat leaving the bottom floor very cold.
We absolutely loved staying at this cozy house in November. We had the fireplace going, loved the brown leather furniture, and enjoyed the large table as we looked at the snow capped mountains. Everywhere you looked you could see the water- just wow! The proximity to North Conway and Tuckerman brewery made for some short fun outings. A great weekend!

Great Location
We loved the privacy and the views. It felt like you were so far away from everything but within 10 minutes of the outlet area. The layout of the home was strange. There's two closet sized rooms in the basement area with bunks. To go to one of the bedrooms upstairs you have to walk through the loft bedroom which can be awkward. There is no bathroom on the middle floor, only basement and top floor. Seems to be set up more for 2 couples and several kids or singles.

Great stay!
The layout of the house is a little odd but beautiful home and the location is amazing! They had everything there we needed for our visit and the home was very clean! The stairs going downstairs were a little hidden when we opened the door they were right there so be careful. But the stay was wonderful we didn’t want to leave.
We enjoyed our week at this house. The views of the pond and mountains were stunning with the fall colors! Overall the house was clean and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and close to North Conway and the Kancamagus Highway.

Great Fall Stay
The central location was perfect for exploring the area around Conway. The house is awesome, right on the lake with no close neighbors. Everything in the property descrption was right on. Access was simple, instructions were easy to follow. Plenty of parking. This property would be a great place for a family gathering. We loved the view of the lake and lakefront firepit. We'd recommend it to anyone.

Simply outstanding.
Such a wonderful, cozy, quintessential New Hampshirite lake cabin! We loved the quiet setting away from ALL noise, the great fishing, the incredibly well stocked kitchen including many sources, oil, etc., the fireplace in the main level, the lake and mountain views out the large windows, the many boats, life jackets, variety of games for inside and outside use, the great Viking appliances, comfortable beds, gorgeous well-manicured front, back and side lawns, Bluetooth speaker, and in and on and on. We had a fantastic 5 brother trip. And Vacasa came through for us!
