Old barn of 200m2 the house opens to the south on a wooded park where the pool and in the West on a large enclosed garden.
On the ground floor:
Large room of 70 m2 with living room, kitchen, and large fireplace,
1 room with 1 bed 160
1 room with 1 bed 140
Bathroom: bath and walk-in shower. Separate WC
Large cellar
TV, CD / DVD player, washing machine, tumble dryer, 4 burner gas cooker + oven
electric, microwave, small appliances

1 room with 2 beds 90
1 shower room, separate WC
Garden furniture, barbecue, ping-pong table.
The pool (8x4m) secured by an approved cover is reserved for occupants of the house.
Access to the property in Ariege, can picnic, swim and fish there.
On request, provision of baby equipment: cot, high chair, deckchair, stroller, pram, babycook,
bottle warmer.
