In the heart of the Cèze Valley, a beautiful 190 m² building that can easily accommodate 10 people. The house is located in a very quiet little village in Saint Laurent de Carnols in the middle of the Côtes du Rhône vineyards, very close to the Valbonne forest with its 12th century Chartreuse and its hiking and biking trails. Nearby La Roque sur Cèze and the Sautadet waterfalls are ideal for swimming and canoeing along the Cèze river.

Main room of 60 m² with kitchen, LV, oven, microwave, induction hob, TV, washing machine ..
On the 1st floor:
-2 bedrooms with 160 * 200 beds
- 1 bedroom with 90 * 200 bed
- Bathroom with shower; Separate toilet

-1 bedroom with 160 * 200 bed and 1 90 * 200 bed

- About 50 kms: Avignon (Palais des Papes, Pont d'Avignon, etc.), Orange (Ancient Theater), Nîmes (Roman City), Uzès (first duchy of France, Provencal market)
-A 1.5 hour drive by the sea: Le Grau du Roi (fishing village) and the Camargue
