Great location, unfortunate check in

No one notified us about the building black out. No access to elevator, glad it was only one floor up since we had two babies to carry and multiple pieces of luggage. Couldn’t find parking garage since it was blacked out. The remote control was supposed to be left on dining table as per the instructions, but we did not receive one until the next afternoon. Also not notified about no running water for the evening (which is what you look forward to after a long day of traveling). Multiple conversations back and forth with property management that mainly consisted of “we will get back to you”. Stressful situation since outside parking can lead to your car getting a boot. Finally found the parking garage on our own, it’s a tight squeeze even for an economy size. We used our phone flashlights to navigate throughout the building. We only had two nights, but felt like nothing was really prepared. Also, main door to the building did not work until we were leaving. All these concerns were brought up to management. The unit itself was clean and in a good area.

Great Location!

Condo with a great location, just one block away from the 5th ave where you can find good restaurants and do some shopping, the beach is also really close. There is parking available!

Great location

The pics were not up to date but the location was great and we had a wonderful time. The elevator only worked for a couple days and the pool needs some updating but the room was good a little older but nice.

L'appartement est super propre et agréable. Il est très bien situé, a 5 minutes de la plage et a 15 minutes pour l'épicerie, le seul hic... le lit est très inconfortable sauf si vous aimez dormir comme sur une planche de bois. Comme il y a toujours 2 cotés a une médaille, il y a actuellement un gros problème, une construction de condo juste en face et une rénovation d'un autre sur le coté et ils travaillent tard... alors du bruit il y en a. Malgré tout séjour agréable car le condo est super bien.

Décevant!

Gestionnaire présent pour signer la location mais tout à fait absent une fois en place, aller jusqu’à ignorer nos appels et nos demandes d’informations, tels une clé supplémentaire, éviers pratiquement bouchés, à savoir si l’eau était potable pour faire de la glace, demande d’équipements pour un nettoyage journalier (serpillère, produits, linge d’entretien, linge à vaisselle, sèche linge, etc). Équipements de cuisine désuets, bas de gamme, souvent brisés et beaucoup d’items manquants pour assurer un minimum requis pour un séjour de 2 semaines (poêlons et chaudrons finis, seulement 2 coupes à vin, peu d’ustensiles, pas de tire bouchon, pas de contenants hermétiques, pas de distributeur à eau potable, etc.) Le matelas trop ferme est inconfortable. Le condo est situé sur petite rue extrêmement passante et bruyante, le balcon a une vue sur deux grands terrains à l’abandon squattés par des locaux et des chiens qui ne cessent de japper. Le condo en soi est intéressant pour sa luminosité, son aire ouverte, le dimension de la chambre et son rangement pour vêtements.
