The property is quietly located at the end of a dead end with a secure automatic gate. It consists of an apartment of 50m2 on the ground floor and a large terrace overlooking a secure swimming pool (11mx6m) facing south. The apartment is classified in a 3-star category by the Sanary tourist office (March 2017). Linen and towels provided.
The land also offers places shaded by pines and century-old olive trees for a well-deserved nap.
A fitness area and a pétanque court are also available.
The apartment consists of a bedroom for 2 people (160x200 bed) large storage and a shower room (Italian), wc, towel dryer. Hair dryer and towels provided.
The living room has a sofa bed (160x200) thus accommodating two additional people.

Hidden gem!

We had great week in the apartment. Excellent location on the outskirts of Sanary Sur Mer. Apartment was very well equipped and pool was superb. Stunning views from the terrace and super quiet yet only minutes away from shops, restaurants and beaches. Marc was an excellent host! Highly recommended.

Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt, um wunderschöne Tage zu verbringen und sie ist bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage mit Blick bis zum Meer, die überdachte Terrasse und vor allem der traumhafte Pool sind einzigartig. Und wenn man mag, leistet einem Cioco, der Hund des Besitzers, Gesellschaft. Dazu ist Sanary eine ganz zauberhafte Stadt. Wir haben jeden Tag des Urlaubs genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Nous remercions Marc pour son accueil chaleureux et son sourire. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est très confortable, bien équipé et au calme. La piscine privée, au pied de l'appartement, est très agréable. La terrasse ombragée est très appréciable, lorsqu'il fait chaud. Le jardin est également très sympa, avec des coins d'ombre sous les arbres et un terrain de pétanque. Un petit mot également pour Joko, le chien du propriétaire, qui est très affectueux.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und hat einen riesengroßen Pool, der sehr gepflegt ist und den man ganz für sich alleine hat. Vom Rand des Pools aus hat man teilweise Blick auf das Meer. Der Vermieter ist sehr angenehm, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf dem großen Grundstück findet man als zusätzliches Highlight einen Boule-Platz zwischen alten Olivenbäumen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Propriétaire très chaleureux et attentionné!!!! Petit cadeau à l’arrivée : du Rosé local, de quoi faire revivre nos papilles dans l’eau!! Appartement très propre, literie très confortable, et clairement il n’y a rien à dire!!!!!à part que les photos ne reflètent pas tout à fait la réalité: c’est encore plus beau en vrai! Tolles Objekt für Ausflüge und Entspannung in Sanary

Marco ist ein super Host und das Objekt entspricht voll der Beschreibung. Wir haben tolle Tage in Sanary verbracht und unsere Ausflüge mit dem eigenen Fahrrad nach Six Four Les Plage und Sanary genossen sowie hinterher das Relaxen am Pool. Wir kommen wieder!
