Fantastic non-chain restaurants, plenty of local local Nightlife nearby Such a quiet, safe, friendly, well established neighborhood. With friendly neighbors Close to everything. Food Fun 2 miles to Interstate to head to Orlando, Disney, The Cape, Daytona Beach,New Smyrna Beach, Cocoa beach.

Although the property will be cleaned after your departure
it must still be left in an orderly state, linens & towels should be placed in laundry room (a wash started if possible), clothes not left in a wet Lump
all trash cans and recycle bins will be taken to the curb Sunday night
Fridge food disposed of correctly not left inside the home, all used food items removed from the home upon check out,
any moved furniture returned to its original location,
all kitchen utensils should be washed.

Quiet place near town

Meet Bob. He will go out of his way to make you feel at home. The place is unique! Maybe seems a bit quirky at first, but becomes very cozy when you settle in. We had two adult men on a baseball trip, and, with the unique layout of the rooms, we were able to have two separate master suites and extra space for our gear. Great local food nearby. Short walk to lake views. A real treat.

Quirky but comfortable and homely

Bob, the host, was very responsive and helpful. The house was very quirky but had plenty of space for all 6 of us to either sit together or find their own space. We absolutely loved all the interesting ornaments and objects around the house. Walkable to amazing breakfast cafe - Latin Sisters Cafe - with great food at crazy low prices. Also walkable to Saturday farmers’ market and we also got takeout from Krazy Greek Kitchen which was delicious. Not too far to drive into main area of Orlando but we enjoyed exploring Sanford and Lake Mary. Definitely a great place to stay.

Great location!

The place was easy to find, well located near downtown Lake Mary, and very clean. The home was cozy and comfortable and the yard was great for the dogs to run around. Bob is a fun host too! Will definitely stay again when we are back in the area.

Beautiful house in a nice neighborhood!

The house is old (built in 1957 I believe), so there are quirks, but it's very charming and well-maintained! Something I think another renter might want to know if that there are step-downs to the dining room/den and to the second bathroom and the room with the bunkbeds; something to take note of if anyone is in a wheelchair. Bob was a gracious host and provided everything we needed!

Family wedding in Lake Mary

Enjoyed our stay at the Goodheart House. Bob was a very attentive host, ready to answer any questions or concerns we had. The house is a very short walk to the Lake Mary Events center. We attended a family wedding at the events center. Also, enjoyed having other family members join us for breakfast/ brunch and just hanging out/ enjoying family time together!

The Goodheart house

Unfortunately there was a deth in our family and I was looking for a place close by for me and family that was out of state. There was 8 of us and 2 small dogs. The house acombinated all of us comfortably. The owner Bob has a great personality and is very friendly. Somthing had came up and 3 of us had to stay longer. The dates on the house where opened and he worked with us so we could take care of what we needed.

Fantastic and So Helpful.

We had an emergency situation with my Mom in hospital town. Literally on 1 hour notice the owner of the property went above and beyond to help us and got us in same day. The place was bigger than expected, beautiful backyard area, large living spaces, clean, comfortable kitchen and bedrooms. Highly recommended and will def use again if needed in Lake Mary or Sanford area. Very close to many great restaurants and shopping too.

A cozy, casual house in Lake Mary

We were a family of adults and had a very good time at this rental. The house is clean and cozy and located in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to malls and major highways. It has a small garden in the back where we enjoyed relaxing in the hammock, playing pingpong or just having coffee. The host was attentive and tried hard to make our stay worthwile. He offered us usage of his barbecue and responded immediately to our questions. We are looking forward to staying in his place again.

Feels like home

Perfect family vacation home!

Although I stayed here for work and with work friends I could see myself bringing my family here to enjoy a nice Florida vacation. With plenty of room inside and outside the home it’s nice not to feel crowded. All appliances worked as the should and it was extremely clean and refreshing walking in. Will definitely be trying to stay here again if I’m back in the area!

Bagger Races

My husband and his friend stayed and went to the Bagger races and had a great time! They said the house was perfect, there is parking for bikes and trailer, and Bob was a great host!

Cute Florida House

Very clean, quaint and Floridian. Very convenient to local eateries and Italian Ice. Roku TV. Several rooms have steps to access them. Overall it was a great experience. Bob is a fantastic host!

AWESOME location, Everyone who has stayed has told me it was better than they expected. I put the specific needs of my guests first to ensure an amazing stay. Plenty of on site parking. Possibly an extra fee for multiple over sized truck boat/ truck trailer combos. I have had 3 combo units at one time with no problem. Safety was guests first concern for their boats left on property. They told me " The safe neighborhood was why they chose this listing". I am very flexible
