Breathtaking 2-story property just 15 mins from the city (shoppings, attractions, national parks).
Super spacious (sleeps 12-14 people comfortably) and amazingly warm and cozy, it has two fireplaces and brand new wooden laminate floors through out. Central heater and portables for added warmth. Extra pillows and blankets in every room.
The house includes two separate bedrooms on second floor, both with a queen bed and a full sofa bed each, with a shared full bathroom; a third bedroom with same sleeping arrangements as above on first floor and a den/living area that can be used as a 4th bedroom with a queen sofa bed. Two other full bathrooms are located on first level.
Property has plenty of closet spaces, where we are leaving your fresh towels, white sheets and fuzzy blankets.
It has a comfortable fully equipped kitchen open to living room/tv/fireplace area and a formal dining room with wraparound windows facing the backyards.
We have a big laundry area with side to side washer dryer, utility sink and cabinets for extra storage you might need.
The attic was transformed into a yoga/exercise room, where you can workout, meditate or just read a book listening to the rain on the roof.
The garage fits two cars inside but there is lots of parking in the yard. We are leaving 4 brand new bicycles for your enjoyment in our 13 acres of land or trails around the area.
We have an outdoor grill and a pizza oven so you can showoff your chef skills while breathing some pure mountain air. We also have a hot tub for those of you that just need to unwind and relax.
Land outside includes a small mountain you can climb and 2 creeks with fresh pristine waters to complete your breathtaking views for a perfect getaway. Here you will disconnect from routine to connect with true nature and people sharing this unforgettable experience with you.
