You’ll also be amazed by the penthouse’s unparalleled private furnished rooftop patio with stunning views of the downtown skyline and nearly 500 square feet of private outdoor space.

Enjoy the expansive rooftop deck with plenty of seating and sweeping views of Downtown LA. Descend an elegant spiral staircase to a modern kitchen and sitting area. A Murphy bed in the downstairs living room and 2 Innovation sofa beds in the upstairs living space, adjacent to the private rooftop deck, allows for a sleeping capacity of 8. Private laundry, 2 full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen makes this the perfect retreat for your group!

Getting Around:

Should you chose to use Uber, we would recommend downloading the app and you will be able to use this to call for the Uber once you have picked up your luggage from the airport. | Same-Day Bookings | We work hard to make our homes available for same day booking for those guests in need. With that said, we require a 2-hour processing time from the point that your pre-arrival form is completed, to process and approve it, and provide access details. We ask that guests that are booking same day refrain from arriving before completing the pre-arrival form and confirmation that their reservation has been approved for check-in.

| Locals | Due to restrictions placed on us by our landlord and as a condition pertaining to our ability to host, we are unable to accept reservations from guests local to the area (within 60 miles of the listing's city). By booking, you hereby accept and agree to this condition and that you'll be required to show proof of residency. Any reservation which does not comply with this restriction will be subject to cancellation. Please contact us if you're booking within your city.

| Long Stay Cleaning Fees |
Abode reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee when a stay exceeds 30 days. For each 30 days increment, an additional cleaning fee will be added to the stay.

| ID Verification + Credit Card Verification |
All guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement, and digitally provide ID prior to receiving access details. This information may be used for a basic public records search. Please see the "House Rules" section for complete details.

Additional credit card verification is required for bookings where the OTA does not handle guest payments directly. This involves sending a photo of the card used for the booking and confirming a test charge before check-in can be approved. The name on the card must match the name on the reservation.
