Charming and listed Art deco villa of the 1930s, listed, of historical Italian-style, located in the center of the city of Rhodes.
Completely restored in 2016 you will find at your disposal 6 bedrooms, different and decorated with care.
Summer/winter air conditioning, Wifi, 6 bathrooms and 6 toilets. Kitchen, 2 lounges.
Beddings:
5 Bedrooms with queen size beds (one the them has an additional single bed), 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 convertible sofa
Gas plancha for grilling.
A lovely courtyard is available for you to relax. You can take your meals or relax in the shade of the beautiful orange.
For each bedroom, we have paid close attention to the creation of particularly cosy atmosphere by choosing high quality decoration and local textiles.
The house features a superb ceiling height with mouldings.

Fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher,induction cooking plate, Nespresso coffee machine...)
The 6 bathrooms are equipped with toilets, a hair-drier and with amenities that are at your disposal (shampoo, shower gel).
