On September 2022, Fort Myers Beach was impacted by Hurricane Ian, a Category 4/5 storm. Hurricane recovery efforts are still in progress. Many beaches, restaurants and stores are already open and welcoming visitors. The good news is that the island is open, the weather is great and the situation is improving every day. Whether vacationing or working here, we ask guests to be mindful of the challenges that our community is facing and understanding of current limitations. Please note that there will be workers, trailers, and construction activity/potential noise in the surrounding area, but there will not be any construction inside of the home.

Perfect little villa!
My family and I enjoy the villa very much! It was very clean and the perfect size for a family of 4. The beds were comfortable and the decor was very pretty. The villa is in the perfect location, a short walk to the beach and lots of food trucks. We were able to walk to Times Square easily. The pool was a nice perk. They provided a wagon to get to the beach. My only issue was the beach chair was broken and the umbrella was on the way out and they only had one.Not a big deal at all. The owner was able to help us right away when we had an issue or question. Very communicative and helpful We will definitely return!!.

Fantastic spot
The house and property were very clean and David was responsive and pleasant. We all really enjoyed the pool. It is a close walk to the beach and there is a wagon, sand toys and cooler to bring with. I would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic Beach Property
This cozy home is amazing! It was very clean and comfortable. The pool was a bonus. The amenities for the beach included quality chairs and an umbrella and a wagon to take them to the beach which is a short walk away. We highly recommend this property.

House was great, Beach wagon was awesome having, Alot of construction around the neighborhood but it did not bother us as the whole area was destroyed by the hurricane, so the area is all under construction.House is perfect for 2 couples for sure.It's nice to walk to beach.

House close to everything
Nice property. Beautiful pool. Walking distance to beach & town. Ft Myers right now has so much construction so only downside right now is the hammering & big trucks that can be heard from house & while in pool. Owners were very accessible & nice.

Stayed here on our honeymoon and it rained the entire week so we got to spend a lot of time in this VRBO. Its clean, its got modern appliances and tv options, and its about a 5 minute walk from the ocean. We had a great time and would love to return for another stay with some better weather.

Nice outdoor space. We loved the pool and patio. About a 5 minute walk to the beach. Could use an upgrade on the sheets and towels, but otherwise everything is well taken care of, new and just what you need. We enjoyed out stay! Thank you!

Beautiful Home
Coral Reef Villa was exactly as described. The home was spotless, easy to find and on a very peaceful street. The weather was not as we had hoped, but it was still better than back home. We would love to come again when it is a bit warmer. Next time, we hope to be able to use the pool.

Excellent communication with the owners, great location, and super cute property! The pool is more spacious than it appears in pictures. The beach wagon and related chairs and toys were appreciated by the adults and three kids! The kitchen had everything we needed, and a charcoal grill with charcoal was a nice surprise. While construction was going on around us at other properties, we could not hear it inside the house. Note to future renters, get an updated list of businesses open as neither Google maps nor Apple Maps were correct. We found plenty of places to eat out, just don’t go off those maps :). Loved it and hope to be back!

Great place!
We enjoyed our stay. Grateful to find a place that was available after seeing the aftermath of the hurricane. It lived up to all that was advertised and was perfect! Some construction happening on neighboring lots but glad to see progress. The back yard was great for relaxing and even tho it was too chilly to get in the pool it gave great ambiance! Highly recommend!

September 2023 visit
The entire property was wonderful. Very close to the beach, all the amenities you could ask for and reasonable drive to everything. We came here one year after the hurricane and there was a lot of construction but the beach was clean and we had it all to ourselves. It’ll only get better once more and more opens up again.

Amazing house, super close to the beach!
This was such a great house for my family to stay in! It had everything we needed for a little getaway. The house was super clean. The beach is a 5 minute walk & the wagon they provided (along with beach towels & toys!) was SO nice to have. The pool & outside area was a lot bigger than it looked, it'd be so that was a plus! David was quick to get back to be with some questions I had during our stay. We had a wonderful time & hope to be back some day!

Our family had a fantastic time and with two kids under 3 the location was perfect, and the beach wagon was clutch. We were able to pull all the stuff kids require to the beach in less than 10 min and get a to-go breakfast on the way. Easy to go home when kids were tired and never had to struggle to find parking or pay for it! The Tuckaway Cafe (crazy close) had great breakfast and lunch options. Very clean too, which was really important to me. Oh and the pool was perfect temp- and I’m very hesitant to get in a pool that’s too warm or cold! Would go back no doubt. This is how I wish all vacation places were.

Overall great conveniently lactated near the beach near a lot of shops and restaurants. The pool was a great feature, used everyday. House was very cool, especially after a day in the unforgiving Florida sun. Had all the things one could ask for in a vacation rental.

House was perfect house for our family of 4. Location was awesome. House had everything we needed. Had 3 beach chairs, 2 were broken. And no cooler. We left cooler for next renters. Enjoy 😀. But would rent again.

Spring getaway
My wife and I rented this house for a week in April. Couldn't if asked for a better location to the beach and food. We enjoyed the privacy of the house which was extremely clean. The house had pretty much everything we needed including, beach towels, chairs, umbrella, toys for the beach and a cart to lug it all down in. Have already recommended to family and friends. We hope to rent this property again in the future.
