House of 90m2 in a quiet subdivision, updated, composed of a large living / dining room with a table, and two very comfortable sofas. A large, well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
Two bedrooms will be made available, as well as sheets and towels.

A garden area is available in front of the lounge to enjoy the sun during meals
Access to the private swimming pool is also possible
Close to the village of Trets (5mins on foot) and close to all shops (supermarkets, bakery ...)
The Sainte-Victoire mountain is 20 mins by car as is the city of Aix en Provence (25 mins)
