Nearly 25 km of cycle paths around the house. Stables 5 mm from the place and many other activities. The Property is a farm renovated less than 10 years ago. Pets accepted if not too big. At disposal there is a fitted mini kitchen and a washing machine. An outdoor table and a large garden.

Si vous cherchez un gite parfait vous l'avez trouver a Talmont saint Hilaire. Tout est bien, la situation géographique, la taille du logement, l'équipement, la déco, que du positif. Parfait pour un séjour de repos proche des plages. Bravo aux propriétaires pour leur disponibilité et leur extrème gentillesse ++++ un couple sérieux à l'écoute des vacanciers qui nous conseille très bien pour les visites et les restos. Si vous passez par la vendée c'est chez Yota et Cédric qu'il faut faire une pause. Nous gardons de merveilleux souvenirs de ce gite. Merci. Martine, Didier et Nanette séjour du 20/07/2019 au 03/07/2019.
