Located 1600m from La Plage de Saint Georges de Didonne, 1300m from the City Center and 600m from local shops (Bar - Tobacco, bread store, fishmonger), L'atelier des Moulins is a house of 57m² approximately completely renovated and comprising :
- Main room of 29m² with sitting area, dining area and open fitted kitchen (extractor hood, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, washing machine)
- Bedroom 1 of approximately 9m² with 1 double bed (140X190cm),
- Bedroom 2 of approximately 11m² with 3 single beds (90X190cm),
- Shower room with Italian shower,
- separate WC.
For the 6th bed, you can use the convertible sofa in the living room (BE CAREFUL IN THE STAY THERE ARE 2 VELUXES WHICH ARE NOT EQUIPPED WITH STORES)
Outside you will enjoy a fully enclosed garden with wooden terrace.
2 private parking spaces are provided in front of the house.
