From the bay window you can contemplate the sea. Living room and spacious and equipped kitchen, bathroom with 2 showers and separate toilet. Upstairs 3 bedrooms: bedroom n ° 1 double bed, bedroom n ° 2 double bed, bedroom n ° 3, 2 bunk beds (4 people) suitable for children. On this floor there is also a shower room and 1 separate toilet. The house is on a closed plot of 1000m2 with a beautiful terrace equipped with teak table and chairs, and 8 sunbathing areas facing south with a heated swimming pool of 9x5 in function (only in high season) we leave our 2 sea kayaks at your disposal. Beautiful home and location

We were in town for the 80th anniversary of D-Day. We were greeted by our lovely hosts and a beautiful gift! The house and location are beyond stunning. We could not have asked for a more special place for a few days to relax on an otherwise stressful trip! The hosts were accommodating, polite, and kind. The house is charming, tastefully decorated, and location is perfection. Our children are begging to return. We wished we could have stayed longer! Thank you for having us!

Wonderful!

As others have said, the pictures really don't do justiice to the property, which is large and beautiful. Picture windows in the living room give beautiful views of the sea; the beach is rocky, with rockpools at low tide, and we saw seals several times. The kitchen is well equipped and the pool was lovely. We enjoyed local walks (including climbing the Gatteville lighthouse) and generally had a great holiday. The kayaks are no longer available for guests to use.

Fantastisch

Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit! Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer. Wir haben täglich "unsere" Seelöwen begrüßt, Muscheln gesucht und den beheizten Pool genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn wir wiederkommen dürften! Tolles Haus am Meer

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Normandie. Das Haus ist mehr als hervorragend eingerichtet. Corinne und Bernard haben es mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. In der Küche und im Haus insgesamt war alles da, was man benötigt. Der Pool ist sehr gut und angenehm temperiert, das Grundstück ist groß genug für Ballspiele.

Séjour relax dans un cadre de rêve

Nous avons tout aimé ici: la vue mer (dont on profite même quand il fait mauvais), la piscine chauffée, la décoration, les belles balades à faire à pied depuis la maison, les huitres du Grain de sel (le samedi devant la mairie), le "vieux solitaire" (le phoque qui vient se montrer à marée haute) et, en prime, les petites attentions qui nous attendaient à notre arrivée.

Très bonnes vacances -- Sehr schöne Ferien

Nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans la maison Les Hirondelles. La maison est aménagée avec soin, il ne manquait rien. La vue sur la mer est magnifique. Nager dans la piscine chauffée était un plaisir, même sous la pluie. Les hôtes étaient très sympathiques. En voiture, on est à 8 minutes du village le plus proche, St. Pierre Eglise, où l'on trouve des magasins et des restaurants. Vicq sur Mer est bien situé, on atteint la côte est et la côte ouest du Cotentin aussi facilement en voiture. Un grand merci à Corinne et Bernard pour ces belles vacances. Wir haben uns im Haus Les Hirondelles sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, alles ist vorhanden. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist wunderbar. Das Schwimmen im beheizten Pool hat auch im Regen Spaß gemacht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Mit dem Auto ist man in 8 Minuten im nächsten Ort St. Pierre Eglise, wo es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt. Vicq sur Mer ist günstig gelegen, man erreicht die Ostküste und die Westküste des Cotentin gleich gut mit dem Auto. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub an Corinne und Bernard.

Einmalige Urlaubsdestination in Frankreich

Formidable!

Das Haus, war absolut top und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Lage ist grandios, das Haus und der Pool sind wunderbar, es fehlt an nichts und alles ist super sauber. Wir sind von den Vermietern wunderbar empfangen worden. Die Haus ist viel besser, als es auf den Fotos rüberkommt. Wirklich großartig!

Une maison parfaite entourée d'une nature magnifique. Perfektes Haus umgeben von toller Natur.

On ne peut malheureusement pas aller au-delà de 5 étoiles. Vue dégagée sur la mer, grande plage, une maison parfaite et des propriétaires très sympathiques. Que demander de plus ? La maison a tout ce qu'il faut. On trouve toujours un petit coin ensoleillé et quand il fait un peu plus frais, on a une super vue sur la mer grâce à la grande fenêtre panoramique, tout en étant assis au chaud. Malgré le temps frais, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans la maison de Corinne et nous serions volontiers restés plus longtemps. Mehr als 5 Sterne gehen leider nicht. Freie Sicht aufs Meer, großer Strand, ein perfektes Haus und sehr nette Vermieter. Was will man mehr? Das Haus hat alles, was man benötigt. Es findet sich immer ein sonniges Plätzchen und wenn es etwas kühler ist, hat man dank des großen Panoramafensters, auch einen super Ausblick auf das Meer und sitzt trotzdem im Warmen. Trotz des kühlen Wetters haben wir unseren Aufenthalt im Haus von Corinne sehr genossen und wären gerne länger geblieben.

Viel Natur und Badespass

Das Haus hat zu Recht eine sehr gute Bewertung, der wir uns gerne anschließen. Schöne Sicht aufs Meer, Sandstrand nebenan, der große Pool ist auf angenehme 29°C geheizt. Alles sehr schön, ruhig, gepflegt und sauber, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, auch die Küchenausstattung ist top! Wir hatten Spaß an den Kegelrobben, die täglich vor dem Haus auftauchten, ebenso wie an einer Paddeltour mit den Seekajaks. Bei sternklarem Himmel kann man toll die Milchstrasse sehen.

Semaine tranquille dans le Cotentin

Magnifique cadre, piscine chauffée très appréciable avec la météo capricieuse et fraîche qu'il peut y avoir. Ces petits aléas sont très vite oubliés grâce aux très belles prestations qu'offre la maison de Corinne et Bernard. Merci beaucoup pour cette semaine passée au calme dans un paysage onirique.

Amazing stay

I cannot rate this home highly enough. It is designed perfectly and has everything you need. Stunning views of the sea. The rooms and pool are larger than they appear on the photos. People walking past were all praising the house. Fabulous communication with Corinne. Nearest supermarket is a 10 minutes drive/an hour walk. You do need a car to get around. We had 2 weeks here, and drove to Disneyland for a few days, to Mont St Michel, Bayeaux Tapestry and the Normandy Landing beaches. Brilliant location near the Ferry port. We took a kayak out, played boules and spent a lot of time in the pool. Please note the beach is stoney not sandy, from google earth it looked sandy. But the kids loved going crabbing and clambering over the rocks. Highly recommend and no doubt will be returning at some point in the future!

Un véritable petit bijou en Normandie! Ein echtes Kleinod in der Normandie!

Nous avons passé une semaine en août dans cette magnifique maison. Corinne et Bernard nous ont accueillis personnellement et nous ont tout montré. Ils sont très chaleureux, toujours disponibles et très simples. Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis bien accueillis et à l'aise. La maison de vacances est située directement au bord de la mer. S'endormir au son de la mer et observer les otaries par la fenêtre le matin est ici à l'ordre du jour. Il n'y a que 4 ou 5 autres maisons dans les environs immédiats, ce qui rend l'endroit très calme. En 10 minutes de voiture, on est à Saint-Pierre-Église, où l'on peut faire ses courses pour les besoins quotidiens. La maison de vacances est parfaitement équipée, très confortable et aménagée avec beaucoup d'amour du détail. La piscine est bien entretenue et chauffée et se trouve dans la partie arrière protégée du joli jardin. Sur la terrasse avant, il est agréable de terminer la soirée avec un verre de vin et une vue sur la mer et le coucher de soleil. Merci, Corinne et Bernard, e à bientôt! Wir haben eine Woche im August in dem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Corinne und Bernard haben uns persönlich begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt. Sie sind sehr herzlich, immer erreichbar und ganz unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus liegt direkt am Meer. Einschlafen beim Meeresrauschen und morgens aus dem Fenster die Seelöwen beobachten ist hier an der Tagesordnung. In der direkten Umgebung sind nur 4 oder 5 weitere Häuser, so dass es sehr ruhig ist. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Saint-Pierre-Église, wo alles für den täglichen Bedarf eingekauft werden kann. Das Ferienhaus ist hervorragend ausgestattet, sehr gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Pool ist gepflegt und beheizt und liegt im geschützten hinteren Teil des hübschen Gartens. Auf der vorderen Terrasse lässt sich der Abend herrlich bei einem Glas Wein und mit Blick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang ausklingen. Danke, Corinne und Bernard, und bis bald!

Ein maritimer Traum

Zauberhaft maritim eingerichtetes Haus mit tollem Pool und dazu noch direkt am menschenleeren Strand. Automat fürs morgendliche frische Baguette in Fußnähe, toller Fischladen und Bäckerei 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Alles in Topzustand. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Absolute Erholung

Es war ein toller Urlaub, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Corinne und Bernard sind ganz liebe Vermieter! Und ja, wir haben sehr regelmäßig die Robben gesehen und unsere Kinder waren total begeistert, wo kann man sowas sonst noch erleben :)

Lovely beach house

We’ve had a wonderful time in this very luxurious, well equipped and peaceful home. The views are breathtaking, the pool a fun place for the kids to play and the peace and beautiful surroundings just what we needed. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, they made us feel at home at once. Would love to stay here again!!!

Wir waren mit zwei Familie in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Wir wurden von Corinne und Bernard sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, mit vielen schönen Details. Und bietet alles was man braucht und noch vieles mehr unter anderem Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Küchenuntensilien,Kinderstuhl und Wickelmöglickeit. Die Lage direkt am Meer rundet das ganze ab und macht es einem sehr leicht, direkt abzuschalten. Der beheizte Pool war für die 4 Kinder das absolute Highlight. Zudem gibt es eine Sicherheitsvorkehrungen für Kleinkinder in Form von Armbändern, die einen sehr lauten Alarm auslösen, sobald sie mit Wasser in Berührung kommen. Dies war für uns mit zwei Kleinkindern sehr von Vorteil. Der Ort selbst ist sehr klein, im Nachbarort gibt es aber viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, unter anderem auch einen Wochenmarkt der jeden Mittwoch stattfindet. Auch bei der Gestaltung der Freizeitmöglichkeiten, haben uns Corinne und Bernard jederzeit geholfen und es möglich gemacht. Sie waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit bereit. Alles in allem, ein absolut gelungener Urlaub und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ein Traum

Die gezeigten Bilder sind schon vielversprechend, die Realität ist noch besser.... Ein Traum wird wahr! Die Lage ist atemberaubend, das Haus stilvoll eingerichtet mit Allem, was man braucht oder sogar mehr (z,B, 3 Duschen). Wir waren mit 3 Kindern (7,8,10) da und haben alle die Zeit insbesondere auch wegen des beheizten Pools und der täglich vorbei schauenden Robben sehr genossen, Erholung von der ersten Minute, wir kommen wieder.
