Vail Village at the Sebastian for New Years 2024!
The Sebastian Resort is located in the heart of Vail Village, between the iconic Sonnenalp Resort and Solaris Plaza with ice skating rink, boutique shopping, a chic bowling alley and just steps to the ski lifts. This large 3 bedroom plus 4 bath penthouse condo enjoys great views to the ski area and features a great room with cathedral ceilings and stone fireplace, a large gourmet kitchen and comfortable dining area, and is available from December 27, 2024 - January 4, 2025. The Master Bedroom has a king bed, while the Guest Bedrooms each enjoys two queen sized beds. There is a TV, desk and chair, dresser and closet (with robes, slippers, a safe and humidifier) in each bedroom. Designer furnishings include a pull-out queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room, large great room with fireplace, en-suite washer/dryer and a fully appointed gourmet kitchen. Linens, towels, snacks and bottled water, along with toiletries - as well as daily turn-down service and housekeeping - are included in the resort fee ($500). You are welcome to use the on-mountain ski valet so you won't have to carry skis/boots/poles to the lifts. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool with 4 hot-tubs, Bloom Spa, Frost Bar, Leonora's Restaurant, fitness center, valet parking, free wi-fi and full concierge service. If you are travelling with kids, you will welcome the Teen Room with arcade and "Tots" Room with kids' activities.

I have been living in Vail for 23 years, practicing real estate and working as a property manager for Engel & Voelkers Vail. When the Sebastian was completed in 2008, it was the first brand-new resort in Vail in 22 years and I was given the opportunity to own and manage some of the rentals in this high-end fractional property in the heart of Vail Village! The Sebastian has everything my guests look for and need when visiting Vail: proximity to ski lifts, shopping, restaurants, art galleries...amazing service and high end amenities...along with beautiful decor and comfort.
Why they chose this property
It is a beautiful property offering excellent customer service, along with great amenities: on-mountain ski valet, pool, hot-tubs, spa, fitness center, on-site restaurant, lobby bar with live music, housekeeping and full concierge service, kids' activities, business center... I knew this was going to provide the comfort and luxuries that we have come to enjoy and expect in Vail!
What makes this property unique
The Sebastian is known for providing excellent customer service, including on-mountain ski valet called Base Camp, which is next to Vail Mountain's 10-person, high-speed Gondola One. You don't have to hassle with carrying your skis, boots and poles. Sebastian's valet service will take them to Base Camp where you can easily get on the "Gondie". The Sebastian is turn-key, offering convenience and luxury in one package!
