Nice place, but very disappointing contact with owner

The place is nice. Unfortunately, the owner seems to not be very dependable. she tries to charge us 140 extra costs after our stay, becuase of 'damges'. Without providing any proof or responding to our messages. So I'd avoid doing business with this person, as it gave me a lot of hussle with chargebacks with the creditcard company and just totally unneccesary negative energy.

Spacious, well equipped apartment, lovely views

The apartment is a short walk from the sea. It is very spacious and bright with great views over the port. The owner has provided everything you could need. It is very easy to get to many beautiful spots from there either by bus, by car or on foot. I fully recommend!

Wunderbare Woche im gemütlich eingerichteten Appartement, gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin, sogar eine Wetterwarnung wurde weiter gegeben.

Toller Blick, gute Lage, Wohnung relativ abgewohnt - kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Toller Blick in die Berge, sehr gute Erreichbarkeit Vermieterin, sehr gute Lage im Ort. Wohnung riecht leider muffig/ nach Feuchtigkeit (v.a. in den Schränken und Sofa), es gibt keinen Geschirrspüler, Küche renovierungsbedürftig, wir empfehlen in der Küche ausreichend Spülmittel (nur kleiner Rest) und einen Lappen/schwamm anzubieten und im Bad Handseife (war nur ein verdünnter Rest)

Bonita y acogedora en zona tranquila

La casa es tal y como se anuncia, muy bien cuidada y espaciosa, cómoda y confortable. El pueblo es tranquilo aún siendo turístico, si bien su playa NO es la mejor, está pegada a los barcos del puerto. Si deseas viaje de playas si o si hay que coger coche…las más nombradas están a las d una hora. La opción montaña también es agrádenle si te alojas en esta casa. La anfitriona muy a mal le via mail. Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin über WhatsApp hat reibungslos funktioniert. Auf dem Balkon hatten wir (2 Personen) genug Platz. Die Aussicht auf den Hafen war schön. Nur der Parkplatz war etwas klein/eng.

great location to town centre

lovely clean and modern apartment and so close to all bars and restaurants. only issue is the 111 steps up ( and then down of course !) which is not easy with suitcases although there is a road that goes round the long way but obviously takes a bit longer and isnt very convenient. The steps are no problem if you are just going to the shops , restaurants etc

Great holiday in Sóller.

Property in good location, with fabulous views of mountains. Apartment well equipped, beds very comfortable and large veranda looking down towards the port. Shortcut using steps made the walk to the port very short. Would recommend apartment for visitors to Sóller.

Lovely apartment. Very enjoyable stay

Lovely and clean apartment. Kitchen is well equipped. Bedrooms are quite and beds very nice The balcony has a great view and afternoon sun. Small supermarkets are right around the corner, as well as the Port de Soller bay and hiking paths right into nature. Also very close is the bus-stop. We would like to come again!

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort und haben den Balkon mit dem schönen Ausblick und die Ausflüge sehr genossen. Praktisch war der dazugehörige Parkplatz und der kurze Fussweg über die Treppen in den Ort, bzw. Strand. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig, sodass man nachts gut schlafen konnte. Wir würden diese Ferienunterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Blick über die Bucht

Geräumige Wohnung mit wunderschönem Blick über die Bucht von Port Sóller. Gut ausgestattet mit einem sehr bequemen Doppelbett; die beiden Einzelbetten sind eher für Kinder geeignet. Am Strand ist man sehr schnell über die Treppe, die neben dem Haus in den Ort führt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Nice contemporary furnished flat in Puerto Sollier

Very nicely furnished flat with everything you need. Easy check in and very responsive host. Beautiful views, short walk via stairs to downtown, Ok internet, well equipped kitchen. We missed some cleaning agents, and things like a kitchen towel. With regard to the environment it would be nice to give the possibility to sort and recycle garbage (the town offers bins for glas, plastics, paper and metal, but in the flat there is only one bin.).

Séjour à Port de Sóller

L'appartement est spacieux, confortable et très bien placé. Proche des commodités et de la plage. Il y a pas mal de départ de randonnées (magnifiques) proches de l'appartement. Facile également d'aller vers Palma en bus, l'arrêt est proche de l'appartement. La vue est sympa aussi depuis la terrasse. Bref on a passé un très bon séjour.
