The Ava floor plan features 1,871 square feet of delightfully divided living space between two floors.
Three bedrooms share the second floor with a spacious master suite and two guest bedrooms with their own bath.
Walk-in closets keep everyone happy with lots of storage and organization. The first floor features a large living room great for parties and family hangouts. The living room has a pool out sofa, where two more guests can sleep. TV in the living room and wifi internet is included.
The kitchen and dining room connect with a dinette area for cozy meals and room to relax after a long day. A half bath located off of the dining room is a perfect powder room for guests. A lanai has a lake view.

Gran Paradiso

We stayed here for 2 months. The Townhouse was very clean. It was a very quite neighborhood. We enjoyed the Club House very much. Svatka is an excellent host. We would definitely stay here again.

We were lucky to find such a great spot !

We would definitely recommend this townhouse! It was everything we hoped for and more! You will want for nothing, just bring your clothes, everything you could possibly need is provided. The beds were amazing! Beaches, shopping and restaurants are all easily accessible. Svatka made us feel right at home. We would love to return.

Clean, comfortable accommodations. This is a newer area with new construction nearby. Conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Stay included all clubhouse amenities. Would recommend this property to family and friends😀

Great location, great amenities!

The townhouse was very nicely appointed with a comfy bed being key. There wasn’t a hair dryer when I first arrived but I got in touch with Svatka and she brought a new one right away! It was great being able to use the fitness center and other amenities at Gran Paradiso!
