Excellente semaine

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. L’accueil de la part de la propriétaire a été très chaleureux. La location parfaite, un petit cocon face à la mer. Meublée avec goût et très bien agencée. Proche de nombreux lieux à visiter. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location.

ein wundervoll eingerichtetes haus in roquebrune

... ein urlaub in roquebrune ist einfach sensationell, vorallem in vivianes haus. es hat insgesamt 4 zimmer, davon sind 2als schlafzimmer nützbar. bei mehr als 4 personen bietet sie die ausziehbare couch im wohnzimmer an. das haus ist sehr wohnlich und individuell eingerichtet. besonders ansprechend ist die terrasse mit unglaublichem meerblick auf der wir viele stunden verbracht haben. viviane ist immer ansprechbar und sehr freundlich.sehr gerne werden wir wiederkommen. herzlichst, familie sutter💝

Breathtaking view

Absolutely beautifull house, view and neighbourhood. Walking distance to Monaco and to the beach, that also has a beachclub. The house is beautifull furnished and has every you need. Also nice with the garage for the car. We would like to visit again.

Très bon sejour

Sejour en famille comprenant 2 adultes et une enfant 7 ans. La maison correspondait a nos attentes et possède tous les équipements nécessaire pour passer un tres bon sejour. Le secteur est residenciel et calme. La vue depuis la maison sur la méditerranée est magnifique. La plage est a 10min à pied avec des escaliers, toutfois peux fréquenté, tres propres et surveillé ce qui permet d'etre au calme et de profiter pleinement d'une vue magnifique. L'hote est d'une sympathie exemplaire très à l'ecoute de nos besoins. Tres bonne adresse nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Très agréable sejour

Maison très confortable ,terrasse avec une vue superbe et très gréable jardin. Bien situé près de 2 plages à 15/20 minutes de marche et le sentier du littoral qui vous conduit jusqu'à la pointe du Cap Martin pour les plus courageux , c'est magique ça vaut la peine. Viviane est charmante et très réactive à nos questions. Merci beaucoup.

Délicieux séjour

Face à la mer

Nous avons passé une délicieuse semaine dans cette charmante maison. Bien équipée et fonctionnelle à l’intérieur nous avons surtout profité des terrasses face à la mer. Belle découverte et belle rencontre avec Viviane la propriétaire.

Sehr schöne Villa mit Meerblick vom Garten

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, nicht überladen und bietet viel Platz fuer 4 Personen. Es ist alles an Einrichtung und Haushaltsgeraeten da, was man sich wuenschen kann. Die Vermieterin, Vivianne antwortet sofort und hat uns - obwohl in dem Zeitraum nicht vor Ort - sehr gut (per e-mail) betreut. Das Haus hat für die Lage - 15 min zu Fuss nach Monaco - einen sehr vernuenftigen Preis und ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt fuer Touren ins bergige Hinterland. Die Straße, an der es liegt ist ruhig; das Viertel selbst ist allerdings eine reine Wohngegend - keine Cafés oder Geschäfte.

Hübsches privates Ferienhaus

Stilvoll eingerichtetes, hübsches, sauberes Ferienhaus mit zwei Terrassen und Garten und sogar einer Garage. So richtig zum Wohlfühlen!! Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Man hat einen schönen Blick aufs Meer und erreicht die nächste Badebucht gut zu Fuß. Wir würden immer wieder gerne hierher kommen und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Short Trip to the cote d‘azur

I would recommend this Villa to everyone! Its in a quiet street, and close to Monaco! The Villa is nice and clean, and the Hostess Viviane is very kind and friendly, i would book it everytime again!
