Main house has 3 bedrooms 2 baths. Open floor plan is great for a big group. Apartment has a full kitchen, living area and 1 1/2 baths. Also has a murphy bed for an extra person to sleep. The pool and fire pit make it a vacation you will never forget. The yard goes beyond the pool for games and fun. We are looking for people who will treat this home as if it were theirs. Just a short drive to town and the beaches.

Cozy getaway on the Cape - Perfect for a group!

The perfect house to enjoy my bachelorette weekend! The pool/yard area is by far the best feature but we also loved how private the house felt and how clean everything was. There were very minor maintenance things (e.g., stove in main house wasn't working) but nothing that wasn't communicated in the days leading up to our stay. Christine was wonderful and I'd absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful house

Christine was an excellent host! She was easy to get ahold of, and answered our questions. The house was beautiful, super spacious and would be great for two families staying with the guest house setup. The pool was our favorite, such a nice set up and perfect location in Chatham for our girls weekend. Thank you!

Amazing property for a girl’s weekend!

My girlfriends and i had an amazing stay at this property. We were able to hang out by the pool and fire and just relax. The owner was very kind and informative in her communications with us. I would definitely stay here again!

Weekend Getaway

This home was absolutely amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and secluded yet just a short drive from the beach and downtown. My only regret was not staying longer! The hosts were great and very accommodating- they even provided a booklet of all the information you could possible need to know (hospitals, shopping centers, restaurants, information pertaining to the home, etc.). I would definitely love to return.

THE POOL!!

Pool was awesome! A couple of glitchy things with AC (glad it wasn't a super HOT week) and smoke detector, however owners were helpful and very responsive.

Quiet quaint location

Property in quiet location close to town, shopping, restaurants. Plenty of space to spread out for larger group. Pool a great place to enjoy on a warm day. Owner was nice enough to let us get in early after arriving from a long day of travel.

Chatham Oasis

This property exceeded expectations! The home and yard are beautiful and the property owner was responsive and easy to work with. There is plenty of space in the main house and a separate apartment attached to the house with a fully functional kitchen and living room. The back yard is a paradise with a beautiful, clean pool, gas fire pit, gas grill, beautiful landscaping, outside shower and plenty of seating. We spent more time at the house and less at the beach than expected because it was so comfortable and enjoyable. We loved it and would definitely rent again.

Great House

Everything is as advertised. I’d actually say the pictures don’t do it justice as the house is nicer and living spaces larger than the pics. The house has everything and plenty if space. The apt is connected indoors via the garage so great place for another couple or family if you want privacy. The pool is AMAZING and warm!

spacious and had everything you needed

I rented for a weekend getaway. The heated pool and gas fire was a huge bonus! We went to a nearby beach after check out but if your not a beach person then lounging by the pool was the best. The house had everything you needed in terms of cooking big meals. Lots of seating inside and outside. Very clean throughout the house, bathroom too. Beds were comfortable. The only caveat was that the pictures didn't show how close their neighbors were. Christine was very nice and responsive. I would rent again.

Wonderful House and Pool

The house was just great. Comfortably decorated. Enough dishes and kitchen utensils to make family meals. Very clean. Lots of towels, pool toys and games. Would highly recommend this. Property.

Best Place for a Girls Weekend!

We had an amazing time at the property. This property is located very close to numerous beaches and all the shops in Chatham. We spent most of our time at the house though due to all the amenities. The in ground heated pool was the best feature. We sat outside all day and night relaxing and enjoying the property. We are definitely going to plan a girls weekend again and hopefully we can rent this house! We had 6 adults and this house had more than enough space for all of us. Definitely would recommend to families or friends looking for a nice relaxing getaway to the Cape!

Perfect house for a group weekend away!

The house was perfect for what we were looking for. The layout is great for a group of people and the backyard patio area with the pool is just beautiful. About 10 minutes from downtown Chatham, so getting around was easy.

Perfect Cape House

This Chatham home is in the perfect location , set back from the road. I stayed here during my annual golf trip , and the home had everything you could think of. Everyone was pleased with the heated pool and the large backyard. The homeowner , Christine , was very easy to communicate with and made sure the home was ready upon arrival. Very accommodating.
