Chouette appartement, prochaine plages et commodités
Appartement très bien situé, bien équipé, cadre calme et proche plage, parc aquatique, et toutes commodités. Petit bémol concernant les enfants en bas âge, l'appartement n'est pas sécurisé, les volets ne peuvent être fermés, la porte vitrée du balcon n'est pas verrouillable, il est donc aisé pour un enfant de tout ouvrir et de se defenestrer, car les ouvertures sont facilement accessibles pour un jeune enfant (c'était notre cas, enfant de 2 ans, nous avons dû user de bricolage artisanal lors de notre séjour pour sécuriser l'appartement et éviter ce genre d'accident). Hormis ce point noir, l'appartement est top, et sera adapté à toutes les autres classes d'âge. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour au sein de cette location.

Zu Hause sein am Strand
Beste Lage in ruhiger Umgebung, direkt am Strand, was einen all abendlichen Sundowner ermöglicht. Das Appartement ist toll, es ist klasse eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht und bietet genügend Platz. Zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer somit auch das Teenager Leben nicht gestört wird(-: Die Betten sind französischer Standard, da ich selbst ein Topper mit habe, was ich grundsätzlich empfehle haben wir herrlich geschlafen. Der Unfang war herzlich und das kümmern um individuelle Bedürfnisse großartig. Sehr zu empfehlen gerne kommen wir wieder.

Nous avons découvert la côte Atlantique et n’avons pas été déçus, la région est magnifique. L’appartement est idéalement situé à proximité de la plage et des pistes de vélo, proche du marché et des commerces /restaurants. De quoi passer de superbes vacances en oubliant la voiture.

Funktionaler Urlaub direkt am Strand
Daniele empfing uns im Juli 2023 freundlich und war bemüht, unsere Ankunft positiv zu begleiten. Wir trafen sie im Eingang des Appartementhauses, das aus den 60ern stammen sollte, an einem Kreisverkehr liegt und ziemlich abgerockt ist. Die Eingangstür lässt sich nicht verschließen, das Haus ist damit für jeden zugänglich. Hinter dem Gebäude sind reservierte Parkplätze. Einen Aufzug sucht man trotz der 6 Etagen leider vergebens. Abschreckend war der ‚Charme’ im vermüllten Eingangsbereich und im Treppenhaus, wo Putz von den Wänden fällt. Das Appartement im 2. OG selbst mit durchaus geschmackvollem Interieur ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sollte bald renoviert werden. Die Fenster waren leider nicht geputzt, die Schiebetür zum Balkon ist nicht verschließbar. Die Betten sind klein (190x140), die Matratzen weich, Bettwäsche und Handtücher mussten wir mitbringen. Leider gibt es kein WIFI. Das WC ist für Menschen bis 1,70 m Körpergröße gut geeignet. Die Dusche ist geräumig und modern, die Lüftung jedoch defekt. Der Balkon in Richtung Süden misst ca. 6 m in der Breite und ca. 1 m in der Tiefe. Die unbequemen Klappstühle sind in die Jahre gekommen. Die Balkone des Hauses sind durch dicke Scharniere befestigt, vermutlich damit sich der Beton nicht löst. Die größte Überraschung war in der ansonsten gut aber ohne Spülmaschine ausgestatteten Küche: es war nirgends ein Korkenzieher zu finden. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist die direkte Nähe (100 m) zum Strand.

Séjour très agréable dans appartement propre et lumineux
Appartement très agréable, cocooning, .... jolie décoration, exposition ensoleillée. Notre séjour s'est fait en novembre et franchement nous recommendons hors saison touristique! Tranquillité assurée et dépaysement total!! La proximité immédiate de l'Océan permet de faire de belles ballades.

Alles super, tolle Lage zum Strand, Shops und Restaurants.
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Appartement ist nur durch einen Parkplatz und die Düne vom Strand getrennt. Es ist sehr nah zum Skatepark, Shops, Bäcker, Wochenmarkt und Restaurants. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Einzig die Betten waren etwas klein (140x190), was aber zum Standard in Frankreich gehört.

L immeuble semble apparemment dâté et des réfections semblent nécessaires, propreté dans l'escalier entretenu par le service de ménage, les espaces verts qui entourent l'immeuble sont bien entretenus.

Symphatique séjour !
Possibilité de tout faire à pied du fait de la proximité des commerces et plage sans oublier un marché bien achalandé. Bien appréciable avec des enfants où des loisirs (skate, manèges, poney, tyrolienne) leur étaient proposés.

Un magnifique logement, très agréable. Proche de sites magnifiques (le lac marin,le port de CapBreton...) on pose la voiture pour les vélos et vivement l'aventure, la plage en bas du logement le rêve...Merci beaucoup pour cette belle découverte.

Le site est splendide. L'appartement est idéalement situé pour se promener. L'endroit est calme et reposant. Accueil par le voisin très sympa ! Bémol, manque d'entretien (robinet défectueux, VMC HS, prise électrique arrachée, plus de détecteur de fumée) et manque d'entretien (cheveux sur le savon de la salle de bain, papier cuisson dans le four..)
