Between land and sea, at the limit of Finistère and Côtes d'Armor, come and discover this independent "white" house of 85 m², surrounded by its old stone outbuildings and its large garden (2500 m²) which can accommodate 5 to 6 people, located in Pont-Menou in a small quiet and green hamlet, in the town of PLOUEGAT-GUERRAND.

You will benefit from the benefits of the countryside, in the peace, in a large garden of 2500 m² while being close to the beaches (4 km), coastal paths, hiking trails, equestrian center .... 10 min from LOCQUIREC and 5 min from PLESTIN-LES-GREVES (shops) or 20 km from MORLAIX or LANNION Bay with its Pink Granite coasts towards Perros-Guirec.

Herrlicher Urlaub in der Bretagne

Séjour Bretagne nord

Très bon séjour dans cette maison spacieuse et au calme, grand jardin très agréable surtout avec des enfants. Nous avons apprécié les jeux à disposition. Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueilli avec en bonus un succulent far breton. La situation de la maison est idéale pour visiter la côte de granit rose et la baix de Morlaix.

Heel mooi verblijf! Mooie streek voor watersport en wandelingen. Het huis is rustig gelegen met een grote tuin. Alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig. Goed en groot bed. Gezellig dorpje met sfeervolle avondmarkt op dinsdag. Wij hebben genoten! Merci!

Erholung pur

Wir kamen nach aktionsreichen Tagen in die Bretagne und suchten Ruhe und Erholung. Beides haben wir hier vorgefunden. Das Haus bietet mit seiner Lage und Größe (sowohl im Haus als auch das Grundstück) alle Voraussetzungen hierzu. Es ist gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtet - wir konnten dort hervorragend schlafen und ausspannen. Ein Fahrzeug ist aber erforderlich, da es vor Ort keinerlei Infrastruktur gibt. Die Gegend (Bretagne) spricht für sich - wilde und schöne Küste - das Hinterland eher unspektakulär. Wir hatten unsere E-Bikes dabei, sind jedoch dort keinen Meter gefahren, weil wir jeden Tag wandern waren. Zum Wandern ist die Küstenlinie ideal, da der GR34 stetig in vorderster Küstenlinie verläuft. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Parfait avec un point d’attention

Hébergement parfait sur presque tous les aspects : espace, jardin, ustensiles, calme… Seul point d’attention, pas de connexion internet : pas de wifi. J’ai Orange et le réseau était très mauvais. On peut capter faiblement dans les chambres à l'étage. Si vous souhaitiez faire du télétravail, ou bien planifier les activités, cela ne sera pas l'idéal. Sinon, Laurence nous a préparé un far breton succulent !!!

Jederzeit würden wir diese Unterkunft wieder als Basis für unseren Urlaub buchen.

Die wunderschöne Unterkunft, in der wir währen unseres 3-wöchigen Urlaubs gewohnt haben, ist ein im bretonischen Stil erhaltenes Haus auf einem riesigen Grundstück. Der dazugehörige Garten ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet und dient zur freien Verfügung. Die Einrichtung des Hauses beinhaltet alles, was man benötigt. Es hat an gar nichts gefehlt und alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Als Ausgangspunkt war es ideal um die Region und ihre Schönheit zu erkunden. Die Vermieter sind sind sehr liebe und unkomplizierte Menschen und wir wurden am Ankunftstag mit einem köstlichen Far Breton "fait maison" begrüßt. Jederzeit würden wir diese Unterkunft wieder als Basis für unseren Urlaub buchen und können sie absolut weiterempfehlen.

Ein tolles Haus in einer wunderschönen Gegend

Wir haben sehr schöne Urlaubstage in dem Haus verbracht. Die Räume sind gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Das romantische Außengelände ist sehr weiträumig, unsere Jungs haben auf der großen Wiese ausgiebig Fußball gespielt. Wir sind von den Vermietern sehr herzlich empfangen worden und haben sogar einen leckeren Kuchen zur Begrüßung bekommen.

Ruhige und gepflegte Unterkunft

Wir haben die Zeit in Pont Menou sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist absolut ruhig gelegen, sehr gepflegt und liebevoll auch mit Blumen im Außengelände gestaltet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und für unsere Fahrräder gab es eine Möglichkeit zum Unterstellen.

Sehr nette und zuvorkommene Vermieter! Wir wurden sogar mit einem selbst gebackenen Kuchen empfangen! Wunderschönes Häuschen mit allen conforts. Sauber, gepflegt und schon gelegen. Wenn nan Ruge mag ideal! Kinder bemängelten, dass es keinen W-Lan gab aber für eibe Woche auszuhalten! Und die Bretagne zu entdecken war eibfach toll! Wir kommen sicher noch einmal. Vielen Dank

Beautiful and practical Brittany cottage

The cottage is set within a large garden and amongst beautiful outbuildings. It was beautifully presented, exceptionally clean and very practical for a family (washing machine, space and drying racks for wet beach stuff!). We loved the location; it was perfect for walks straight from the door along the nearby river and immediate countryside, as well as being a 10 minute drive to lovely beaches, the coastal path and very close to Plestin les Greves and Loquirec too. Laurence and Thierry were incredibly warm and welcoming hosts and communication was excellent. They also offered to put an additional bed in one room so our children could sleep separately. Unfortunately the weather was not kind to us but it made a big difference for us to have this cosy and warm cottage to retreat too! Thank you Laurence and Thierry.

Perfect Peace!

We have just had two wonderful weeks in this beautiful house and it’s extensive grounds. The house was so well equipped and very comfortable. We enjoyed the peace of the locality and just being able to sit outside in the beautiful grounds was so relaxing. Thierry and Laurence were excellent hosts, greeting us when we arrived and there to wave us off the day we left. And a gorgeous gateau made for us by Laurence!! The beaches were easily accessible and we enjoyed many happy times there. Plestin-les-Grèves is a delightful village with first class supermarkets and boulangeries and only ten minutes away. We would highly recommend this lovely house and area.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir wurden sehr herzlich mit einem selbst ge ackenen Kuchen empfangen. Das Haus ist wunderschon auf einem riesigen liebevoll gepflegten Grundstück. Die Strände in der Nähe sind traumhaft. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier goldrichtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :-)

Ruhiges und gepflegtes Ferienhaus auf dem Lande

Wir hatten zwei sehr erholsame Wochen in dem hübschen Haus. In der direkten und weiteren Umgebung gibt es viele touristisch interessante Ziele, man kann aber auch ganz entspannt die schöne Landschaft genießen und kleine Dinge entdecken. Der Garten ist riesig und sehr gepflegt, mit den alten Nebengebäuden und den vielen blühenden Pflanzen ist das ein tolles Bild. Auf der Terrasse sitzt man gut bis in den späten Abend und kann den Sternenhimmel bewundern. Die Küche ist gut in Schuss und hat eine vernünftige Grundausstattung. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Vermieter sind supernett und sehr gastfreundlich. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub, danke!

Wonderful house near the see

This place is a very beautiful and modernized little house with two bedrooms a living room and a great huge kitchen. The two hosts are very kind and helpful. They showed us everything on arrival and explained how to operate the gas stove. Several super markets are only a few minutes away by car as is the sea. We very much enjoyed the stay and might come back for another stay in the future.

Schönes Haus mit toller Lage und Ausstattung

Das Haus ist ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, äußerst sauber und gepflegt. Zum Haus gehört ein sehr großes Anwesen mit Wiese und Apfelbäumen. Die Lage im Ort ist sehr ruhig. Das Vermieterpaar ist sehr freundlich, klar und verbindlich. Die Ausstattung ist praktisch und umfangreich. Eine Küche, in der man wirklich gut kochen kann und eine moderne Waschmaschine gehören dazu. Einziger Kleiner Wermutstropfen: Es gibt keinen WiFi-Zugang. Aber wer im Urlaub viel streamen oder arbeiten möchte, der ist in der Bretagne vielleicht ohnehin falsch.

Des jours de repos dans un environnement calme

La magnifique maison, située au calme et dotée d'un immense terrain, est parfaitement équipée. Nous avons rarement vu une cuisine aussi bien équipée et en plus extrêmement propre. Toute la maison est aménagée avec beaucoup de goût, on se sent tout de suite à l'aise, notamment parce que tout est très propre. Des jeux ont même été mis à disposition et (sur commande) des quantités de serviettes de bain. Thierry et Laurence sont des hôtes très sympathiques, il y avait même un far bréton fait maison en guise de bienvenue ! Merci beaucoup ! Nous recommandons Thierry et Laurence et leur maison à 100% et reviendrons volontiers un jour.
