This beautiful, sunny new house has 4 bedrooms upstairs, and an easy open floor plan downstairs. The kitchen has a Viking stove, Sub-Zero refrigerator, granite counters, and a large island with seating for 6. The kitchen opens to the dining room, and the large family room is just 2 steps down from the dining room. A den with a tv and a parlor provide more private common areas. Architectural details such as columns and beautiful moldings give the large house a homey feel. There is a porch on the side of the house, and a back deck with a gas grill accessible from the kitchen. The outside has pretty stone walls, walkways, and plantings. Off the back deck is an outside shower.

Nantuckett getaway

The house has a great layout and perfect for a group. Home has a musty smell like a moisture issue but I am sure with all the rain that happens there it is hard to control.

Absolutely loved our stay at Lillian’s property. The home is extremely clean and spacious - large kitchen, various hangout spots, big bedrooms, etc. Love that every bedroom has a bathroom. Perfect house for a group of friends or family trip. We walked everywhere. Lillian was a very communicative host and generously allowed us to check in early. We will be back!

Wonderful long weekend in Nantucket!

My parents, siblings, spouses and kids all stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. This was our second time in the house because we had such a great experience last year! This house is perfect!! The kitchen has everything you need. There was enough space in the house for us to come together but also have privacy. The deck was great for grilling and spending time outside. The host was easy to work with. Location is a perfect! We could easily walk to town.

Beautiful home and great location

We were in Nantucket to celebrate two birthdays along with family who live on the island. Everything was great. The home is very spacious, clean and included everything we needed. It was a beautiful September weekend and the weather was great so we were able to enjoy the home and yard. Lillian was easy to reach, helpful and very accomodating.

Beautiful Home

Bright, clean, spacious home with beautiful kitchen. Our family reunion was a great success, largely due to being able to spend the weekend in this lovely home. We made all of our meals and the kitchen was large enough for everyone to pitch in and help. Seating at the table for 10 when the leaves were pulled out. 3 living rooms for people to have quiet time or catch up with one another. Central location on the bike path made it easy for everyone to bike to town or out to the beaches. Thanks so much for sharing your lovely home with us!

A Bit of Heaven

We were lucky enough to rent Lillian’s property for an extended Memorial Day weekend. The property is just beautiful. The pictures do not give you a true idea of the spaciousness of the house. Every room is comfortable and thought out. The kitchen is perfectly laid out and unbelievably well equipped, making it a joy to cook in. The outdoor deck and yard offered places to read and relax. The 4 lovely bedrooms and the den allowed our 3 generations to spread out and be together at the same time. Walking distance into town was an added benefit. And the set back from the road afforded the house privacy and quiet. Lillian was available and accommodating to our family. I can not say enough good things about our experience! We are already looking forward to returning for another extended visit.!

Best Nantucket Weekend!

I stayed in Lillian's house for Memorial Day Weekend this year with 9 friends and it was perfect! The house is not only in an incredibly convenient location on the island, but it was absolutely beautiful and so clean. Our group loved cooking in the big kitchen and there were plenty of beds/bathrooms for everyone to have their own private space with their significant other. Lillian was so kind and hand-delivered the keys to us the day before our stay started. She also allowed us to check-out late no questions asked. Would absolutely stay here again - highly recommend!

Fantastic house and a great location!

We were looking for a last minute place to stay over Labor Day, and this house turned out to be the perfect fit. We couldn't have asked for a better stay- the house is incredibly spacious, updated, and clean, and is only a short walk into town. We had three couples and single stay in the house for a week. We were joined by three other couples for most meals. This house was absolutely perfect. Three living spaces, four full baths plus a half, two washers and dryers, huge dining table, every kitchen accessory or thing you would need including games, beach needs, outdoor seating areas, gas grill, luxurious towels and more We were constantly commenting on how much we enjoyed the house and how perfect it was. And the bonus is that you can walk into town very easily. Recommend this spot highly.

Beautiful home for a mother/daughter getaway weekend!

I cannot say enough about this home. The owners are caring and very informative, as well as having one of the most beautiful homes we have every stayed in. The home was exactly what we were looking for a mother/daughter weekend to start the holiday season. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner in the home and ate out for lunch. They had everything you could think of for creating a wonderful breakfast and dinner. The walk into town along the brick sidewalks was an enjoyable one. The bedrooms and baths were large and impeccably decorated. I cannot wait to return!

Lovely spacious home

We were a family of nine on our first visit to Nantucket. We enjoyed this lovely home as it fit our every need. We had plenty of room to spread out and to have fun together in the common spaces. It was close to town, shopping and dining.The owner was easy to work with and thank them for their hospitality.

We have a large family and this house accommodated our 7 children, plus a few friends. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The master suite was lovely with a large walk in closet and modern bathroom. The linens were fresh and clean and plenty of bath and beach towels were provided. . Important note, there was enough hot water for all of us to shower at the end of the beach day. We loved the large open kitchen, which had enough dinnerware and large pots and pans to cook and serve our big group. There is plenty of elbow space in this house for people to spread out and relax. It is close enough to town that our children could walk into town although there are no sidewalks for the first few hundred yards. The owner is delightful and made renting her home easy. I would highly recommend this house to friends and family.
