Newly renovated in 2019 - 5 bedroom, 4 bath vacation home centrally located on a cul de sac at Black Butte Ranch. This property is perfect for families! This home was built in 1978 and we had a lot of fun updating it while keeping it's Black Butte charm.

The main house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths:
2 upper master suites with king beds
1 upper bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds
1 lower bedroom with a queen bed and a full bed
1 lower full bathroom with tub/shower combination

2 family rooms with TV's, games and a shuffleboard table.

Enjoy the well appointed and beautiful kitchen!

The detached apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bath with a king bed. It also has a rec room with a ping pong table and arcade game with 60 retro games included.

This well equipped home is close to both the Glaze meadow and South Meadow pools. This property sleeps 12 people and is perfect for multiple families. We have A/C in the main house and WIFI that extends to both buildings. Everything in this home is newly renovated and ready for you and your family to enjoy.

Black Butte Ranch charges an Access and Community Recreation Fee of 13% of the nightly rate. This access fee is to help offset some of the costs associated with maintaining Ranch facilities and is collected at the time of booking.

Wonderful home for multiple families!

We had such a nice stay in this beautiful home. It has a really nice layout and lots of space for multiple families. We enjoyed the bikes, shuffleboard and game room as well! Highly recommend.

Amazing stay with everything you could ask for!

Beautiful home very well stocked with everything you could want or need. From one of the best stocked kitchens to bikes, wagon, movies, games, books, everything was great. The beds in EVERY bedroom were comfortable! That was so appreciated. The couches were super comfy too. I would definitely come back to this home!!

Fantastic Stay for the second time!

This was our second time staying in this property! It's incredibly clean and very well stocked with towels, detergent, spices and other cooking items. There are lots of serving dishes and other items in the kitchen to support large groups. One thing that we really appreciated was the added air conditioning unit in the garage bedroom/bathroom and the updated bathroom in there as well. The central air-conditioning in the main house works perfectly on those hot days! We also really appreciated all of the bikes that were available in different sizes. The kids enjoyed the old school video games and ping pong table. The house is perfectly located a very short bike ride from Glaze Meadow and a short bike ride from the lodge as well. We LOVE this house and will stay here again!

Another outstanding stay

We came back to this home again and it again exceeded expectations. What a spectacular space with every thoughtful amenity you could ask for. We were with a large group and also rented 101, 72 and 98 - all just a stones throw away from each other that allowed for both gathering and privacy. The hosts were wonderful - responsive and kind! We have stayed at Black Butte every summer for the last 30 years. This was our favorite place we have ever stayed! It was such a beautiful property with space for everyone and so many amazing amenities. We loved it, and hope to stay there again!

Great home!

We loved our stay in BBR! The BBR community was perfect for our family whose ages range from 2-70! Brian’s home was clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location. The house was so well equipped with all the kitchen supplies anyone could need. The best part about the house was how many things there were to do. From ping pong, to shuffleboard, to video games, it was endless. We are so grateful for the fun memories made here and feel so lucky to have stayed in this wonderful home. Highly recommended!!!

Always a treat!

We've stayed here 3 times and the house works so well for our group of 12. Great location and young kids can easily get to the Glaze Meadow pool on their bikes. The owner makes improvements from year to year so it's always a pleasure to see the changes. Also a terrific game room in the Casita building with a new high quality table tennis setup.

Our extended family had an incredible week at BBR! This house had anything and everything our family needed! The grandkids spent lots of time with the arcade game - it was a huge hit! The location of the house is perfect - a quick walk or bike ride to Glaze Meadow pool and Aspen Lake.

My wife and I have been sponsoring a larger family gathering at BBR for many years, hosting everyone at a variety of rental homes. This home served us so well that it didn't take long for members of our family to ask that we schedule it again for next year. Brian, thank you for such a wonderful house for our family reunion over Memorial Day. We loved all the outdoor games. We have been going to Black Butte for over 35 years and this by far was the best house we have stayed in. The kitchen had everything and well organized and loved how light and bright the kitchen was.

This was a fantastic home for our three families! We had about 4” of snow while here and it was so great to watch the kids play in the snow from all the gorgeous views from the house. The extra apartment and game were a welcome bonus.

We are the Jones Family - Brian and Sarah Jones. We love Black Butte Ranch! We have been married for 26 years and have been coming to the Ranch with our kids for the last 23 years. We have 2 children and live in Camas Washington. We are an active family that enjoys golfing, fishing, basketball, dancing and having fun!

Why they chose this property

We think you will love this property! It is perfectly located in between both Glaze Meadow rec center/pool and South Meadow pool. We are situated on a cul-de-sac which is great for the little ones to ride their bikes. Our neighbors are awesome - Sarah's sister's family owns the house next store and also rents it on VRBO!
