The condo is equipped with a SECURED WIFI We now offer free long distance phone service. Flat screen tvs are in every room.Each bedroom has its full bath.
Stay here could be your dream come true. This condominium complex is only 10 feet from the beach and steps to the heated pool. The living room and two bedrooms open to a 31 foot enclosed lanai. Here you can enjoy your meals while viewing the Gulf and hearing the waves.

The living room has a leather couch and love seat with slate and stone coffee table ,and end table.The glass topped rattan table and cushioned chairs invites you to a romantic dinner. The master bedroom boasts of a king-sized bed, two night stands, triple dresser, high dresser, and easy chair. For your comfort you have a TV, phone, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and a granite bath with full walk-in shower.The second bedroom has 2 full/queen beds, double dresser, and granite full bath. The newly-equipped kitchen has refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, crock pot, blender,toaster,coffee maker and white cabinets. Designer white tiles are the back splash that set off the blue granite counter tops.The kitchen has a pantry and a beach cooler. For your cell phones-there are UBS plugs in every room.Beach towels are provided. Covered assigned parking.

Cozy, clean and convenient

This condo was one of the cleanest condos I’ve ever stayed in and I’m not just talking about the condo itself. The property was well taken care of and even the stairwells were clean! (We had to use them once due to the elevator being down for a short period of time) Owner checked in on us with a phone call which I missed due to being on the beach. Imagine that. Lol. It’s not a huge condo but it’s cozy and has everything you need. But it does have a huge balcony. And a good view of the beach. Very short walk from the condo until you step your toes in the sand which I loved. I would definitely stay here again and probably will when I do return to my favorite beach!

great location

We loved the condo right on the beach. We had a partial view of the ocean which was great. The beach chairs are set up every morning and is included. Very comfortable beds. Very well stocked kitchen. Lovely living room and furniture. Every room had a TV even though we never turned them on. We were having too much fun on the beach and eating at great restaurants every night. Great condo building. Easy to communicate with owner.

Loved Our Stay

The property was exactly as listed. Well furnished, comfortable beds, and very clean. The beach is amazing and there are many quality eating places nearby. The only thing I would say negative is that the cable connection is analog channels. No HD channels. The TV is not a smart TV so not able to stream either. We used our computer and connected it with an HDMI cord so we were ok. Loved the layout of the condo. There were two couples and we had bedrooms on opposite sides of the living room and each had their own bathroom. The sunsets were amazing.

We had wonderful week at Siesta Key. The beach did have some debri and odor from hurricane Idalia, but the beach at Cresent Arms had been cleaned up.

What an awesome location on Siesta Key! The beach and pool were awesome as were other guests we met at Crescent Arms. Sue is delightful to work with! Even though the w/d we’re not in the unit, they are right next door. Very convenient (bring quarters!) You will not be disappointed!!!

Wonderful time!

We had a wonderful experience staying at the condo. The unit was clean and had all the amenities you needed… most of all being the location directly on the beach! The sunrises and sunsets are magnificent. Owners Sue and Glenn were terrific to work with and were very involved in the process and were available when needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Crescent Arms

Just got back from Siesta Key! Stayed in Crescent Arms (north building). Loved the location! Beach/ocean front property. Washer/dryer on the same floor across the hall which was nice (quarters only!!). Property was very nice and gated which made it even better. It is a no smoking building (Some did not follow the rules which made it very difficult to enjoy the patio daily). Perfect size condo for the 5 of us there. Needs to have a place to hang towels and wet things outside and a few more patio chairs to enjoy dinner for more people on the lanai. All in all a very enjoyable stay!

Loved the Condo. Hosts were awesome. Had a little issue with not receiving an email on how to get into the place. We arrived late and I texted them. They called back immediately and walked us through getting into the place. Then resent the email. Private beach. I will definitely rent again.

Amazing location but dirty condo

Pros- Amazing location just steps from the beach! The condo had pretty much everything you could have wanted, though we weren’t in there a ton because we were enjoying SK. There were a few cool bars within walking distance and we took the frog hop to the village nightly! Cons- It was the dirtiest condo we have ever stayed in, I have little toddlers so I am in no way shape or form a clean freak, but this was just dirty. In fact I took pictures because I couldn’t believe it. There was a hair tie left in the shower which leads we to believe it wasn’t cleaned well, some sort of bright orange cheese looking globs on the front of the vanity in the bathroom. Literally inches of dust on the base boards and night stands to where you could see it standing feet away. If I were the owner I would most definitely find a different cleaning crew, because gross! A couple more beach towels would have been helpful as well. I am still giving 4 stars because it was an amazing vacation with a great location and it’s truly not the owners fault that their cleaning people really don’t clean!

Great beach and view

This is the best stocked rental I've ever been in. Loads of linens and beach towels; glassware and dishes both made of glass and melamine, wine glasses, martini glasses; plenty of cookware. Even though the unit is on the side of the building it still has a great view of the water. Beach chairs are provided on the beach. About a half hours drive from here is the Ringling Museum, St.Armands Circle and Siesta Key Rum Distillery...all great places to visit.

Location; Location; Location

Overall the location is pretty much the best feature besides the lanai which was located on the side of the unit in which you were able to view the beach. Great value for what you get. We probably would of had a response from the owner for any of the listed concerns but we managed to deal with it and adjust. In the bedroom I shared with my daughter, I found a roach motel under my bed along with some bodies of expired insects. There were plugins in the rooms, I'm assuming to keep other bugs at bay within the unit. I lived in Louisiana for 6 yrs so I understand warmer climate equals more living insects. My daughter and I stayed in the guest room with 2 beds with a ceiling fan that worked consistently but often would make a loud clunking noise I'm thinking the screws need to be tightened or a new fan would be nice. Our bathroom in our bedroom was only a shower and had hot water, my son who had the Master suite had a tub and shower but the water did not seem to heat up (luke warm at best)so we had my 6 year old grandson using the shower in our bathroom each evening. You need to also be aware that in order to open the drawer in the kitchen with knives for cutting vegetables, the refrigerator has to be open. If you're planning on putting dry foods in the cupboard for storage, you will probably have to move some things. There is an overabundance of dishes and glasses for a very large family. The unit is fine but I would definitely make updates and put new grout around the outside of the showers or work on deep cleaning. The air vents are all dusty and need a good cleaning as well since it the source of the air conditioner and you are breathing it in. The air conditioner works great. The unit is located on the fifth floor (seven floors altogether) and there are 6 units I believe on each floor. There is only 1 elevator and during our stay, it was hard to get it sometimes and so we took the stairs a lot. Usually early morning and lunch time and after 8pm the elevator wasn't busy. It is quite nice to be so close to the beach and the owners do provide beach towels and little chairs to sit in the water and some flotation devices. There was plenty of towels for use and blankets as well. I've been coming to Siesta Beach area for 10 years or more and stay each time by the beach, always look for the 5 stars. They have recently had some good reviews, not as much detail but I just thought people who are renting need to know.

It was voted #1beach in North America on ..Our condo is located on the 5th floor with a great view Each bedroom suite is off opposite sides of the living room wit its own full baths and sliding doors off the bedrooms and living room. the The sound of waves will make for a great nights sleep

What makes this property unique

You may sit on the couch and watch the sunset, ALL rooms open onto a 31 foot screened in lanai. You may lay in bed and listen to the waves. The set=up is great with a living room separating the two bedroom suits.One king bed and two full/queen beds. They each have a full bath in their suites,
