Située au milieu des pins, au calme et à 900 m en vélo de la plage, maison rénovée aux couleurs de l’océan.
Vous y accèderez par une allée piétonne, et découvrirez une terrasse semi-carrelée et agrémentée d’une table et de chaises pour 6 personnes, sans oublier son parasol et son barbecue.
Vous entrez par le salon qui comprend un lit gigogne, une télévision et une console de jeux. Sa cuisine est entièrement équipée (lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur/congélateur-four -table vitrocéramique et table pour 5 personnes.
Sa chambre est composée d’un lit pour 2 personnes (140x190), d’un dressing et d’un range bagages. La salle d’eau est équipée d’une vasque, d’un WC, d’un lave-linge et de rangements.
Sa mezzanine comprend 2 lits simples (90X190) et d’une commode.
Pour finir vous aurez à disposition un cabanon en bois, et une place de parking privée. Pour les jeunes enfants, nous pouvons fournir (lit parapluie, chaise haute, ustensiles repas et autre…).

Une maison à l’ombre

Confort intérieur correcte mais exposition au soleil pas top, impossible de déjeuner au soleil car trop de végétation qui refroidit l’ensemble. Un coup d’élagage serait nécessaire. Propreté de la terrasse à revoir ainsi que le salon de jardin. Bref je ne recommande pas pour des vacances des vacances d’été.

Es war perfekt für uns.man ist schnell am Strand, Restaurants und im Wald. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, es hat alles was man braucht und sie ist herzlich und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr ruhige Lage und doch alles mit drm Fahrrad erreichbar. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, alles tiptop

Wir waren mit unserer Familie, d.h. 2 erwachsenen Kindern und einem Teenager unterwegs. Wir konnten immer auf der Terrasse essen, was sehr schön war. Liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber! Einfach alles gut!

Séjour à Lacanau océan

contact téléphonique seulement aucun autre contact avec la propriétaire même a l'arrivée.. loué avec 2 vélos dont l'un avec les 2 freins HS non remis en état durant la semaine... ? et donc inutilisable y compris pour les locataires suivants sinon bonne semaine

Un très bon séjour à Lacanau !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Lacanau. Le logement est agréable et confortable (literies de qualité, électroménager...). Le plus, tout à disposition pour les enfants ( lit, rehausseur...) avec une terrasse clôturée et intimiste. Les vélos à disposition pour se rendre à la plage ou dans les commerces sont un plus également( boulangerie, supérette...) Un très bon accueil de la part de la propriétaire. Très bon séjour !

Super séjour

Très sympathique petite maison dans un écrin de verdure, très calme avec le bruit de l'océan pour bercer la nuit. Nous avons eu la visite d un écureuil et de rouge gorge. Maison impeccable, propreté irréprochable, literie très confortable, cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Patricia la propriétaire est très aimable

Excellent séjour

Excellent accueil de la propriétaire qui met tout en œuvre pour que votre séjour soit juste parfait. Le logement était très propre et fonctionnel. Le matériel mis à disposition est au top et les lits sont incroyablement confortables. Merci à Patricia pour ces 12 jours de rêve.

Superbe séjour !

Nous avons passer un superbe séjour à Lacanau ! La maison est très bien équipée et très agréable à l’ombre sous les pins. Le centre ville et la plage sont accessible très facilement en vélos et même à pied. Merci à Patricia pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

Alles toll vorbereitet! Im Haus eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Sehr sauber ! 100%

Klein aber sehr fein

Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit. Eine saubere, schöne u. moderne Ferienwohnung. Ruhig im Pinienwald gelegen. Die Fahrräder haben gute Dienste geleistet, in 5 min ist man am Strand oder kann schöne Radtouren zu den Seen unternehmen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben!

Tolle Ferienunterkunft, tolle Ausstattung und Lage

Patricia Dumoulin war uns eine tolle Gastgeberin, die uns (mit Google-Übersetzer) mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Das Haus ist exakt so, wie es die Fotos zeigen. Es ist sauber, modern und hat eine sehr gute Aussattung, die man bei anderen Häusern oft so nicht findet. Sogar Verbrauchsmaterial (Waschmittel, Spülmaschinentabs etc.) findet man in ausreichender Menge bereits vor. Was einzig zu beachten ist, dass die beiden Betten auf der Galerie räumlich (und damit auch akkustisch) nicht voneinander und auch nicht vom Wohnraum getrennt sind. Unsere Kinder hat das aber nicht gestört. Die Fahrräder (1x Damen/ 1x Herren), die zum Haus gehören, sind völlig ausreichend für die Touren in den Ort, an den Strand oder auch mal nach Carcans oder zum Lac. Wer für die Familie weitere Räder braucht, findet im Ort reichlich Miet-Auswahl. Die Entfernung der Ferienhausanlage (die man bei Google nur schwer findet, aber sie existiert!) ist ideal. Zum nicht so überfüllten Nord-Strand, wie auch in den Ort fährt man kaum 5 Minuten. Noch näher sind eine leckere Pizza und ein Imbiss zu finden. Am Nord-Strand kann man auch sehr gut Surfboards ausleihen. Die Häuser der Anlage sind so konzipiert, dass die Privatsphäre sehr gut gewahrt ist, auch wenn sie unmittelbar aneinander gebaut sind. Am Haus von Patricia kommt kaum jemand vorbei, weil es in der Mitte einer kleinen Sackgasse (4 Häuser) steht - also kein "Durchgangsverkehr" durch Fußgänger. Autos gibt es in der hügeligen Anlage ohnehin nicht. Der Privatparkplatz ist zu Fuß in zwei Minuten erreicht. Bewohnt werden die Häuser überwiegend von Familien mit kleinen Kindern, Senioren und jüngeren Leuten, die mit Surfbrettern unterwegs sind. Abends ist die Anlage absolut ruhig. Wer mit dem Bus anreist oder einen Ausflug machen möchte: Die Bus-Haltestelle "Marie-Curie" ist zu Fuß ebenfalls in nur 5 Minuten erreicht. Aber Achtung: Der letzte Bus aus Bordeaux fährt dort um ca. 19.40 Uhr los. Danach geht nur noch das Taxi. Der Ort Lacanau-Ocean bietet für jedes Alter eine Menge und ist mit den Pinienwäldern und dem grandiosen Strand großartig. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern (13 und 15) das vierte Mal hier und das erste Mal im Haus von Patricia. Es war ein toller Urlaub in einem Haus, in dem man sich sehr wohl fühlen und toll erhollen kann.
