Rent this fully renovated lovely house in the heart of Five Points. The house is a classic Five Points arts and crafts bungalow fully renovated with all the modern conviences. It has a full kitchen with breakfast bar, a formal living and dining room, and a family 'day room' with hanging daybed. The house is 4 bedrooms, 2 down and 2 up. The downstairs bedrooms: a master suite with a queen bed and a to-die-for bathroom complete with walk in shower, clawfoot tub, double vanities, separate water closet with toilet and bidet. The other downstairs bedroom is a queen bed with an adjacent bathroom. Upstairs are the two bedrooms each have a full bed and sitting rooms attached. One bedroom has a balcony overlooking the back garden. The other upstairs bedroom has a futon in the sitting room. There is one shared bathroom upstairs. There are two water heaters in the house - this helps make sure no one runs out of hot water. (The master bathroom has its own.) There is parking for 3 - 4 cars in the driveway and more on the street. The house is an easy walk to Five Points
